It was a great place for extended family to stay for the weekend. I also have to say that the staff went above and beyond when I left my prescription glasses behind in my room after check out. I live three hours away so driving back for them would have been such a pain. I called several times and spoke to a woman at the front desk (I forgot to write down her name, unfortunately). She was awesome at tracking things down and getting back to me. She personally made sure the glasses got put in the pre-paid shipping envelope I sent and the glasses arrived a few days later. Thank you!

One of our rooms had a bit of an odour, but the staff were very accommodating in letting us switch to a new room immediately.

Staff was friendly and informative. Breakfast was grab and go, could also get bagels, tea coffee muffins and fruit. My room was on the lower level with a back door. This made it great to take our dog out side to pee-poop.

They’re is only one entrance to the hotel so if you are driving southeast on Huron church you have to make a turn to get to the property. Pool was not operable but that’s not a huge issue.

Close to stuff and bridge to USA. Breakfast was decent.

Loud kids running around. Pool still isn't running. Prices are a bit high for what you get. Nothing special here just a regular hotel to rest your head.bag of garbage was left in hall from when we checked in at 530ish til we checked out next day at 9am.

I had accidentally made my reservation for the wrong date and when I got to the hotel, they were very accommodating and got us right in.

We had an issue with hot water and the hotel took care of it immediately. Great customer service.

The toilet bowl was so small and old.

The room was very clean and nicely laid out. The walls were thick enough to keep my room quiet.

My key cards didn't work right away, but staff were very helpful about it. The AC unit could use an update, but it did keep the room adequately cooled.
