The stay at Hotel Mi was very good. We booked two rooms for 2 nights to spend 3 more days in Singapore at the end of our vacation. The rooms were just right for the short time we spent in Singapore as a family. On the last day, we were able to leave our suitcases and backpacks at the hotel so we could spend another half day looking around the city. The hotel also provided us with a room where we could shower after checkout before heading to the airport. Thanks for the nice time and the organization to the hotel team and Firdans who provided us with a room for showering on the last day.

We checked in on aug 14-17, 2022 Location is great. Just a few steps away from mrt bencoolen station Room is very clean. Sheets and towels are obviously new Complimentary bottled water everyday. Staff - great and very helpful We were allowed for early check in at 7am free of charge. After check out at 11am, we left our bags at the reception for safe keeping until 3pm. The staff was more than ready to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends

Room was not so big but spacious enough for the 3 of us.

First off, the staff upon check-in were very friendly. The location is excellent as the property sits across one of the Exits of the Bencoolen Station and several bus and taxi bays. Singapore is relatively small and if you have the energy for it, you can walk to almost anywhere from here. They also provide free drinking water and an ice machine at the lobby- this is very useful as it can get very hot and humid. The elevator works well, the room is clean, AC temperature is easily adjusted and the vegan conditioning shampoo and body wash provided were really good!

I wish the bathroom had a bidet and the water pressure and temperature more consistent, and the rooms were a bit more soundproofed.

I had a great stay at Hotel Mi. The pool was great -- not crowded and has nice trees around it and is enclosed by buildings. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even bringing delivery food up to my room for me, and giving me an ice-bucket when I ordered some cold drinks by delivery. I came one day earlier than expected and they ensured I was able to stay in the same room (that had a nice balcony)! On my last day I had to check out later than I expected and Mr. Vinson Chua was super accomodating, making my last day a very happy one! The location of the hotel is also very good. It's downtown, and is right infront of a taxi pick-up/drop-off point. It's about 20 minutes or so to the Airport -- and food/cafes/shops are all within walking distance. The rooms are about average size for SG -- but based on the price, location, and staff, this is a great choice for people traveling for work and/or leisure! I will stay here again in the future!

I could hear a bit of nightlife in my room in the evening -- but nothing that's too serious!

Friendly staff. After checking out from the hotel and they kept store our luggages, they offered an evening shower opportunity before going to airport. Perfect service!

It's not the fault of hotel service, the other guests were noisy at midnight in the neighborhoods.

Great central location, close to MRT. Non stop restaurant just a few hundreds meters (crossing Middle Rd. and Bencoolen St.). Nonstop pool on 2nd floor Comfy bead, I had wide panoramatic window with really cool view in my room... Really great was the possibility to leave there for free my lugage, so I just checked out. Before I left to the airport, they provided me the free room to have shower and refresh before the flight. I really appreciated a lot... :)

very small room, inconsiderate guests who were noisey at 4.30 am. I rang reception who sent a staff member up very quickly to investigate. the talking ceased. well done

- Excellent location, MRT straight outside and good local food places down the road. We walked directly to a lot of tourist spots, it was so easy! - Great staff, friendly and so helpful. - Clean with good facilities, nice bathroom shower gel and shampoo! Provided toothbrushes which was a nice touch - Nice pool surrounded by greenery - Good housekeeping service.

- Walls are very thin, this means noise from the corridor and other rooms carries and we found it a bit distruptive especially after a longhaul flight. - Bedside tables looked quite cheap and dated, would expect to be a bit more modern in line with the rest. - We were charged a conversion fee by the hotel by using our credit card, make sure you use Singaporean Dollars to pay as this was an unexpected fee

Location will be the reason for a repeated stay- it was 2 minutes away from few MRTs, and Fortune center is great spot for food. Staff were helpful and friendly, liked the recommendations for activities/food spots on the TV. Ice machine at lobby is a bonus.

For a 4 star hotel, size is small. Soundproofing not great- could hear hairdryer and laughing from other rooms with closed doors, and clear conversations from guests with open doors/ at the corridors. Hanger is limited and odd placement (could not hang long garments without touching the table).

Glad we chose this hotel, the staff at the hotel were lovely, really helpful, we had some questions about the local area as well as how to use the MRT (subway system). The hotel was extremely close to the station which was great, you could get to the main attraction without changing trains. Walking distance to places of interest (Little India). Great local restaurants, restaurant Al-Jilani is great value for money and has amazing food! Filtered drinking water was available from a tap in the hotel room so we didn’t have to keep getting or asking for bottled water.

Room could have been a little bigger, but that is just a personal preference.
