The staff member (Shannon) that welcomed me upon my arrival was absolutely lovely! She greeted me with a very warm smile and was incredibly friendly, polite and accommodating throughout the entire duration of my x2 night stay at the Easyjet Hotel (Cardiff). I felt extremely assured in the knowledge that she was there to assist and or support me during my time and stay at this Hotel.

I don't feel that there was anything that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay at this EasyJet Hotel, or which this Hotel could have improved upon. I only wish that I could have stayed longer, as I had a really wonderful time.

We were in need of a place to stay at a late hour, literally a crash pad to get some sleep, for a decent price. easyHotel allows check in until 3 AM, so it was no problem that we arrived just after 1 AM to get to our rooms. The rooms are very small (we suspected this in advance and so got 2 rooms at single occupancy) with not much room to move around or unpack. However, the bed is comfortable, there is a TV, air con/heating and a full en-suite, so everything needed was provided. The gentleman at reception that checked us in even gave us free late checkout at 1 PM instead of 10 AM!

Sound isolation is minimal. One of the pillows in my room had a red stain.

I was travelling with my disabled son as he attends therapy. On arrival I noticed there was no parking, I accept responsibility for not checking however this flustered me because I had my son, wheelchair and baggage. I called and the guy on reception was extremely helpful and allowed me to park my car in a staff area as he could see I was distressed and my son was being difficult. I did wake up to a note about my car being parked there so a message obviously hadn't been passed on but there was no harm done and I'm so grateful for his service. Room was basic but perfect for what we needed. Comfy beds and clean bathroom.

Parking was an issue. Although staff was very helpful having no parking isn't ideal. I hoped there was a kettle in the room but coffee machine in the reception area was perfect.

Very modern rooms, great pillows, blackout curtains, good mirrors, modern bathroom and shower, very clean corridors and rooms. Staff at check-in desk extremely friendly and uplifting which is rare these days. Amazing location with plenty of coffee shops in 1-3min walk from hotel. Powerful WiFi, good size TV, clean modern lifts. Train station, bus stops, all very close.

No window rooms can be cold in winter, but perfect for summer. Keep in mind that rooms with windows facing main road would be noisy. Cleaners are very loud from 9am to 3pm, noise just don't stop, its like they right next to you. Maybe a bit more noise insulation needed on doors and windows.

High quality room, spotlessly clean. Not as small as I thought, although I think the room sizes vary. Comfy bed. Friendly and helpful guy on check-in. Secure doors on entering the floors and rooms. Free water (from dispenser) on reception. Close to centre, around a 10 minute walk to Queen Street. Would stay again.

Only small things. No kettle! I don't mind for the low rate I paid, but if I was paying a higher, summer rate of £80+ I would expect one! Could have done with a couple of hooks to hang your coat. Thin walls, ok when hotel is not full.

Location great, Room lovely and clean. Very practical stay and only 10 mins walk to city centre. Shower and bathroom great. All that you need for a short stay and excellent value for money.

There was no tea or coffee making facility available in the room but for £39.99 you can't have everything. I am getting old now so I do appreciate the little things like this lol. I could easily buy a coffee outside though as there is a Starbucks right opposite so its not a huge problem. More of a 'nice to have'

The rooms were clean with plenty of sockets. The shower was spacious. The staff at the front desk Priya and Avi were very friendly. The hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the centre.

The rooms were very small, with no table and chair to sit and do any work. Not even space to leave a bag, we had only carry on so it was fine, but there wouldn't be space to open your suitcase unless it was on the bed. The hotel is really just to sleep and shower. Perfect if your plan is to spend the day out exploring Cardiff.

Smart, compact and modern hotel and facilities. Good shower, great coffee from machine - just £2! Location ok. Price - excellent!

This would be perfect for a lone traveller staying in Cardiff for its nightlife or business. However, for a couple - not great! Very small rooms, with virtually no place for clothes etc. Location was ok - though still a good 10- 15 minute walk to train station and city centre bars and pubs. As above, price is excellent - but probably wouldn't stay again as a couple.

We (2 people) stayed in a double room, there was plenty of space for us both. The staff were very accommodating, and it was the cheapest hotel that was close to the city centre so that was certainly a plus. The private bathrooms were lovely too.

Bed was uncomfortable, the tv did not have a lot of options on, the vending machines were very expensive, although the price at this time was great (booked two months in advance), it gets very dear around late autumn/early winter (we stayed in the same room for the same amount of time earlier in oct 2022, and paid triple the price.)

The room was clean and comfortable. I specifically needed a quiet room at night, however heavy door bangings during the night was a little disturbing. Probably more of the guests inconsideration than the hotel. Otherwise room was nice and quiet. Secondly, the room could use a mini laptop desk and chair for the people traveling here for work. That would have been great. Very positive point is that it is very central in location near to main city centre shopping area, malls and food options. Its also walking distance to halal, middle eastern, indian/pakistan and asian food street. For the location and cleanliness, I give it 100 out of 100.
