Motel very comfortable bed and seating with East to access basic Freeview TV which is all we needed. Enough cooking gear- pots. microwave, stove top, crockery znd cutlery. Quiet nights - ( not many guests though yet so could have been lucky).. Beautiful bush outlook and walks to pools etc.

There was no official checkup to see if we needed replacement of towels etc and I had let the office staff know that I wasn't feeling well on arrival. No-one checked on that over three days. (We stayed indoors all the next day and were comfortable but it would have been good for staff to check on elderly guests).

Great location and knowledge of the area ! It will be great when the bush track is up and running again. Maybe a small open hydro slide would be great for the kids in future planning . Bigger draw card ! However the services and the amenities and people were great too .

The motel walls were noise transparent! Lol But not that bad ! The hot water jug in the room probably needed to be replaced making heaps of noise for me and the neighbours lol . But overall very nice apartment

Great service, neat and clean facilities, beautiful surroundings, close enough to drive to either Waihi, Katikati or Tauranga. Pools and spas were lovely and the river makes this place a playground heaven for kids and the campground feels very tranquil.

The rain! ;) We had some rowdy neighbours over Christmas and New Years and would've preferred our chalet to have been a bit further from the busy entrance and playground, but all in all a great stay.

Excellent hosts,welcoming,and only too happy to make their customers feel Important, and are prepared to go that extra mile. The cleanliness of the facilities, 10 out of 10.I would recommend Sapphire Springs to all you traveller's looking for a great holiday park for those with family and those who may travel alone. We stay for 5days and enjoyed every day we stayed, sorry we had to leave.I would rate it right up there as a TOP 10 Holiday Park. Thank to the team at Sapphire Springs Holiday Park.

I liked everything.

What a stunning location. Peaceful, beautiful surrounds with so much to do. We went as two families with kids but would go again by ourselves too. The cabins were basic but very clean and comfortable. The facilities were well maintained and cleaned regularly during our stay. The staff were super friendly and informative. There were beautiful bush walks, hot springs, spas, mini golf, TV room, trampoline, playground, and lots of open green spaces to play in. Such a tranquil environment. We will definitely be back!

Priced so well, staff are great, location - close to Katikati and Kauri walk, within a beautiful natural setting, peaceful, pools and private spas are awesome. A therapeutic place to stay, at an incredible budget price. Hope Sapphire Springs Holiday Park is around forever.

A little bedside table would be the only thing. Was an awesome stay, like last time was.

It was great place for our family get together. The place was clean and tidy, amenities were great and there were different things to do whether it was finding a different swimming spot or using the pools and spas to the playground for the kids or just soaking in the bush walks etc.

Reception was limited this was challenging for myself as I was working remotely so was more of an inconvenience having to find reception locations for periods of times.

Love the thermal pools & hot tubs and the fact it was included in the price of camping The camp spots next to the river near the toilets looked to be in a fantastic spot. We chose a cabin this time as the weather forecast wasn't looking good, but will definitely book again and camp Katikati is a cute little town, not far to drive from Mount Maunganui either for a nice little weekend getaway The facilities were very clean Lots of things for kids

Beautiful area, nice walks kids loved the pool area which has lovely shaded areas and BBQ, Kitchens with Fridges and ample space for Families to use, Dining area, TV room, Cabins were cozy and had lots of windows to get air in.

Only Negative is not even the hosts fault, some of the Guests / Campers drive around the site too fast. Maybe putting more speed bumps in around Cabin/Playground area.

The amazing upkeep of the grounds, facilities, bush walks, pool area....I could go on !

There was a family (locals) who were at the pool area all day with music with Base (they probably didn't know the music reverberated around the whole complex) they were a nice family but DID dominate the pool area and I was reluctant to jump in the hot tub
