1. The location is great. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to Skyline Gondola and Ferburger, and 3 minutes to walk to Wharf. Living here, you can reach almost all the attractions in Queenstown CBD on foot. Moreover, the hotel also guarantees a parking space after making a reservation in advance. Believe me, parking in Queenstown is very difficult to find. This service is really great, allowing you to drive around Queenstown without any worries. 2. The hotel provides washing machines and dryers. Each use of the washing machine or dryer costs $4 each. 3. Late check-in and early check-out services are provided, and the procedures are very simple.
1. To reserve a parking space, you need to provide all credit card information, including card number, name, expiration date and CVV/CVC code. Providing such detailed information is disturbing. If possible, I hope the hotel can improve the reservation process. 2. There is a small staircase before reaching the room. There are no barrier-free facilities in this part, which did not cause any inconvenience to us. This may cause difficulties for people with limited mobility or those with a lot of luggage. 3. The soundproofing of the toilet is not very good. You can hear chatting next door while taking a shower. But only the toilet is not soundproofed well. The room itself is soundproofed well and no sound can be heard.

The hotel locates near downtown, and the room was clean. The water pressure in the bathroom was sufficient.
First, the hotel has washers and dryers available for guest use. However, they are a bit expensive ($4 per wash or dry), and they only accept cash. If you prefer to travel using only cards, this could be inconvenient. Additionally, after using the dryer, some of my clothes became dirty, presumably from soil. Second, parking is only available if you make a reservation and pay an additional fee (probably around $15 per day). While I understand it is cheaper than other paid parking options, I would appreciate it if the hotel allowed guests to use the parking without an additional fee. Finally, the walls are relatively thin, so I could hear some noise from the neighbors.

The property is central, an incline from the town but totally doable even if you are slower to walk like I am . The town is very very hilly but I think this accommodation is one of the easier ones . We stayed in a small studio at the back . It was perfect for us . So comfortable the bed is high and very very soft . They have thought of everything - the bathroom is great even have a little heater . Good internet and a tv that we watched Amazon prime on - also could connect to Netflix. We pre booked parking which was necessary - not a lot around . Opposite a multi story that was a lot more than the daily rate we paid and very convenient. We used the laundry room once with a washer and a dryer that cost 4 dollars each ( needed coins ) . They also provided tea coffee and some milk. There is a spot outside the room to sit and eat when the weather is nice and some additional cooking facilities which we don’t use . I would definitely stay here again and recommend if you want a comfortable room rather than a hotel
Lots of steps around

The room was clean and had everything I needed. The mini bar fridge allowed me to store a few drinks and snack, the kitchenette was well equipped although I didn’t really need to use it. The central location saw me walk down to the waterfront every night and enjoy a lovely meal. Bathroom was modern with good water pressure and a heater for those chilli mornings. A had a lake view room with a balcony so made the most of it but enjoying a sunset drink out there most evenings, but was lovely just to be able to air out the room every day. Ideal accommodation for a solo traveller or couple.
Nothing!!

Staff professional & friendly. The location is easily accessible from town. We walked to all areas of Queenstown centre from our room. The view of the lake and the gardens was incredible. All of the amenities that you need. Good size wardrobe. Good size bathroom & kitchenette. King size bed & pillows were comfortable
The only downside, and you could only hear at night when quiet, was you could hear the creaking from above if people were walking around their rooms.

As we checked in, it was obvious to the reception, that our chosen room may be an issue for my disabled wife. Without hesitation we were offered one with fewer steps up to the room, not quite the same view, but our view of the lake from the floor below our booked room was fine and the bonus was a separate bedroom, making nighttime blackout brilliant. Exceptionally comfortable extra large double bed and surprisingly well equipped lounge/diner/kitchenette; the latter was by far the best we have had after 3-weeks in New Zealand. It’s always the little extras that help, influence and show that a Motel is really trying to help its customers. In this instance, the Nespresso pod machine and the phone hand set with the inbuilt gently illuminated clock in the top is a real example of this thought.

Beautifully clean, relaxing and private space but also lovely views of snow capped mountains and the gondola! Nice space upstairs to relax. The bed was firm and comfortable. Nice kitchen area with everything you need. Lovely bathroom. The staff were the bonus, amazing! Helpful, welcoming, just lovely. It was the restful respite we needed. We will definitely book again
It’s Queenstown, so stairs are a bit inevitable. Bit of a pain the bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom and living upstairs. The staff were great with our luggage and the external stairs though, which made it super comfortable

Absolutely amazing location just a few minutes walk to the gondola and to the centre of town. The room was clean and neat and comforable. Teh staff were lovely and helpful. It was great that there wasa laundry and clothesline for guests.
The beds were a littel bit too soft for my liking. There was only one wondow which opened on to a public coutyard, so we could not have the curtains open and privacy at the same time. But overall a lovely convenient place to stay

Very comfy beds. Lady who checked us in was great amazing views as per these photos.
Found it Tricky to use the laundry - signs in laundry said to get coins from office until.6pm but office unattended after 4pm and bus from skiing got us back about 5pm.. Would be really great to advise visitors of cost of laundry on check in and better still offer to provide the necessary coins (8 × $1 coins) and add to the bill. A lot of us don't travel with that much local currency.

Location is great. walking distance to cafes, bars, harbor, gondola ride. View could be better if the road works were not on going.
Steps to climb to the room. Not great if you are senior citizens. The process for pre booking a parking slot - 15$ to be paid in advance by sharing credit card details with the front desk either but a call, WhatApp message, voice message or e mail. Not very professional. I am not comfortable sharing credit card details with unknown people in that manner - they kept the slot for me and I paid on arrival but not sure if it will work at the height of the season.
