The room was great - large, high ceilings and a pampering bath area. Breakfast was wonderful - the food and the staff as well. Location was good, very close to the center and everything we needed! Design of the hotel was very chic, luxurious with touches of beautiful historic elements. Also, everything was very clean.

The main view from our window was to a building being reconstructed/remodeled. Not the hotels fault of course and a good sign for the area but just a little disappointing to see from the room. Nothing negative to say about the hotel itself or the staff, would recommend this for a peaceful stay in the city!

Room was great for my wife and son. My son had his own loft suite while we slept downstairs. Room was super large and comfy. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super helpful in making dinner reservations and activities. Tub bath was great and shower. Only 10 rooms in hotel. Beautiful interior to lobby and restaurant

The sink faucets were in a strange location as were the lights.

Absolutely gorgeous rooms with everything you need in a central location. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the breakfast they serve is lovely. We didn’t have a drink in the bar area, but it is amazing (where they serve breakfast). We would stay again in a heartbeat. When we left for the airport early, they also left us breakfast bags. Truly 10/10 team!

Lovely relaxing luxury house in excellent position for exploring Porto. We stayed for four nights in a room at front of property, large room with comfortable bed and big walk in shower. There was building work going on in building opposite, but did not find noise level invasive. Breakfast was taken in the restaurant and was served to your table, good choice of hot food made to order. We ate in the restaurant one night, mainly tapas. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Can walk to Ponte Luiz 1 bridge or Sao Bento railway station in easy ten minutes. Excellent hotel to say in if visiting Porto, would definately stay here again if visiting city.

Pleasant surprise on arrival: we were upgraded to a huge and very quiet family room on the garden side. The hotel, furnished with love and taste, immediately delighted us and we felt very comfortable. Everything was wonderful, comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom (with two showers!), the colour scheme and last but not least the competent and extremely friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent and the visit to the in-house restaurant on the last evening was also a pure pleasure. Good value for money. We have rarely found such a beautiful hotel and we thank you again very much for the great stay. We will undoubtedly come here again and have already recommended this gem to quite a few friends. Thanks again to the lovely staff!

The staff was excellent, professional, warm and welcoming. the food outstanding. We loved the room, which was spacious and unique. The AirCo wasn’t working while we were there so it was noisy at night with windows open. Thankfully weather was not too hot! The chef was the best!

We were hoping for quiet room but we were right above the busy street, and airco didn’t work. Happy with location of hotel as we were close to center. We would still definitely come back again and refer to friends!

Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beautifully decorated throughout. Lovely breakfast room/restaurant. The location, just outside of the center, was very convenient and not disturbed by all of the construction in Porto.

To be honest - nothing was missing, overall our expectations were exceeded.

Room was beautiful, spacious and bright. Staff courteous and helpful my entire stay. Nice breakfast offered in the attached restaurant. Location is walkable to the main tourist areas, but also not far from residential neighborhoods giving easy access to 'real' Porta.

No washer or dryer on the premises. A larger frig in the room would also have been welcomed.

The bistro was amazing. The windows and curtains were beautiful. The reception staff were wonderful and the communication from the property was great.

The toilet door would not close fully. The door knob kept falling off. But I did not address either with the hotel as it did not bother me that much.
