The location was nice. Around 22 min walk from the center. The pool was not too big, but cozy and clean. I came very early and had a job interview. The lady at the reception was super helpful and checked me in before the check-in time. Loved the service at the bar, especially indoor bar lady was very friendly and smiley. The room had a balcony overlooking the yard. I didnt use it much, but felt nice to have it )) and i took back massage, which was super cool and relaxing. I would say it is a good hotel for a short stay in Palma.

- The toilet door of room 204 didnt shut. I was travelling alone so didnt have issues with that, but wouldnt stay in the same room if i was travelling with a partner or a friend. Also the bathroom is made from glass with fancy colourful lights tho )) - The reception at spa did something which i never like, but this often happens in the touristic places. She charged me for massage more than the price of it and when i asked why, she was like "oh I thought you'd want to leave a tip". If i want to leave a tip, i would leave it to the masseuse. I think it is not nice to solicti it this way.

All good until we were about to leave we had lunch and for some reason my card didn’t go through at the bar,the barman who had been lovely up to them,got really quite nasty,he said have you got any cash and i said only for a taxi to the airport,he response was,well you’ll have give me your taxi money,your taxi money is not my problem.so I went to reception (the guy there was fantastic the whole time said,don’t worry we’ll sort it, the card went through straight away,just was handled really badly at the bar.

-huge room (junior suite), modern, clean -very comfortable beds and pillows -quiet location -various breakfast options, incl freshly made egg-dishes and pancakes

-sewage smell in the room -bathroom quite “scarce” - no paper handkerchiefs, no soap at the bidet or bathtub (only by the shower and sink) -plates at the breakfast quite dirty - we had to search for a clean one (and that was the case every day, so not an exception) -we had to pay 9eur if we wanted to go to the hotel spa and 10eur “guarantee” for the pool towels -the hotel is not “at the beachfront”. it is very close to the port, but has nothing to do with a beachfront hotel

Location was vey good with easy access to the city center by bus (10mins) or walking(20mins). Very good breakfast with a good selection of food. Bed was very comfortable. The pools, spa and having our own terrace with furniture was really good.

Not having air conditioning that worked and the code system for the safe were a bit annoying.

Very nice hotel. It is very well located and very confortable. I booked a junior sweet and the views were absolutely amazing.

I had the idea when I did the booking that the spa was part of the hotel and the booking, junior sweet. But in fact it's the next building and the spa is extra 9€ per person per day if I'm not mistaken. Anyway it was a very nice experience. The spa is 10/10

The room was very clean, with newish furniture. Staff was really nice and helpful. The outdoor pools had enough space and mostly sunbeds were just available. Breakfast was good with plenty of options including continental, English and seafood elements. Overall this is a well maintained hotel where I'd be happy to come back to.

The location is not very good, basically it's a little too far from everything you'll want to do if you plan on walking or taking public transport. Non-seafood options during meals (especially at dinner) were quite limited. There was plenty of seafood, but for those who don't eat fish and the like, it was sometimes hard to choose, and very repetitive. Elevator capacity is a little too low when the hotel is close to full, and the lifts are very small too. Late checkout is only available when there are free rooms of the same type, and cannot be pre-booked, only in the morning of the actual checkout can they tell if you can stay late or not. This makes planning for the last day more difficult, though there is storage and you can use facilities nonetheless.

It’s the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel, it is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. It’s only a 20 minute walk into the city but if you want to relax in the hotel there is a great pool with a pool bar and restaurant. Food was good in both and friendly helpful staff both in the restaurant and reception

My only ‘moan’ is the mosquitos! The last time I stayed there wasn’t any but this time I was eaten alive! I found it hard to stay too long sitting outside in the pool bar. There were none in the room, thank goodness! The staff said it was because of the humid weather

We stayed in a room with a terrace with sunbeds overlooking the pools and outside bar. Lovely to have these facilities if you don't want to sit with everyone else around the pool (although it was so hot we did want to use the pool!). Room was clean and bright with a nice sized bathroom and huge shower. Palma centre is a 15-20 minute walk either along the promonade by the marinas or through the side roads. We also walked to the castle from the hotel which was only 3/4 mile away

We didn't choose the bed and breakfast option as we didn't think we'd want breakfast every day. We did go to the breakfast one morning at about 9.30am. I know it finishes at 10am but the food wasn't as hot as it could be or the choice of pastries was quite limited by then which was probably our fault

Clean. Friend staff. The room felt new. Very nice breakfast.

The room really could have been thought out better. We had two large bath towels and another two for the pool. There was nowhere to hang thems to dry. The shower wand was not working (which I didn’t bother reporting). The pool was very warm, which probably can’t be helped in the heat. But a few degrees cooler would have been refreshing. Also, the hotel is located a good twenty minutes from the centre on foot. That’s not very far, except when temperatures are 35° and higher. These are all minor criticisms and would not prevent me from returning.

It was a really great hotel with great and clean rooms. Breakfast (18€) and dinner (25€) I would say was a good value for the money. Also you could get some food all throughout the day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The spa was a nice and budget-friendly (9€) experience. You could get a taxi easily ordered from the hotel as well.

The showerheads were not my favourite, water was coming out from many directions and a bit weirdly but that’s a really small thing so not too bothered about that.
