We were traveling with our 5 months old Pomeranian puppy. There was plenty space in the room for his travel playpen and a separate bed. The various people at the front desk were very welcoming of him! He had a great vacation, LOL! Not allowed in the food area, but understandable. The hotel is located between a large mall, a Home Depot, and a trampoline park, so there is not much to look at and I was worrked about where to walk the pupper. However, if you go down the road, past the professional building until a T in the road and then cross and go down the next road, there is a very nice neighborhood of homes with losts of people walking dogs, perfect! Also, there is a good amount of grass around the hotel itself with conveniently located poop disposal stations, at least three or four. The pup got to chase a rabbit and have several conversations with Canada geese. As for the humans, we found the queen (!) sized beds comfortable and there was the usual extra side chair and pull out desk with chair. The TV worked, but we couldn't figure out how to get a menu up. The shower and rest of the bathroom were fine. There was a small microwave which came in handy and a small fridge. The food prices in the little store are outrageous, but there is a Target literally accross the street; we sent the kids. The Starbucks coffee in the breakfast area was ok, not as good as a real Starbucks, but the woman who was working there was incredibly nice. Also, there are frozen Udi's gluten free chocolate muffins, but you have to ask for them. We were there to attend a wedding in Endicott Park. The location is very convenient to both the park and Salem. In case anyone needs to know, the dog park in Endicott Park is really nice and there are also trails there.

Only the usual. I wish hotels would have larger garbage cans in the rooms, especially since there is no service for short stays. I brought kitchen garbage bags because with 4 people and 1 doggo, those cans won't cut it for even half a day. Also, a separate make up mirror would have been nice since the mirror is far back because of the sink/counter.

Very clean rooms, comfortable enough. Had everything we needed. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel so can't rate that. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a couple of special requests and they accommodated both of them.

Rooms were small - not a huge deal but they were smaller than at similar hotels. The first room we were given had an odd, unpleasant smell (kind of musty). They accommodated our request to switch rooms for our second night (they didn't have anything else available on the first night).

The location has easy access to attractions, shopping and transportation. You're on and off the highway in less than 3 minutes. Shopping is superb, and you can expect to find whatever you need. The area is secure and well lit. Cleanliness is A+.

While the hotel has individual bars of hand soap, it would be nice to have individual shower products like body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Free fresh brewed coffee would be welcome in the mornings.

The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and as a solo female traveler, they were very kind and did a few things to make me feel safe, such as not telling me my room number out loud but rather showing me on paper. Very comfortable bed too.

The shampoo in the shower left my hair feeling greasy and unclean, and the drain stopper was difficult to keep open so the tub filled up with dirty water while I was using the shower, which really grossed me out.

Clean rooms. Good shower heads with hot water and good water pressure. Comfortable beds. Staff was kind and attentive. Easy check in and out. Ample parking. Starbucks coffee for purchase in the cafe. Good size sitting area in Cafe and wifi. Complimentary bathroom essentials were much nicer than the typical disposable bottles found in most hotels. The hotel was interested in conserving as the toliets were dual flush, hygiene products were in reusable pump containers, suggestions to help conserve were in each room, etc. The room next to ours was occupied, but we never really heard them. The exterior was beautiful - clean and well landscaped, new paving with newly painted parking lines, no debris.

No breakfast included, items to purchase in the Cafe. The room above ours was occupied and both the bed and floor were very squeaky. Luckily, the guest mostly kept the same hours as us. Shower drained very slowly.

The only reason I didn't answer excellent throughout is there is no free breakfast and the shower amenities could use improvement (body wash, shampoo and conditioner). The linens were superb, the facilities are well kept and ample and the overall cleanliness is very, very good. A very nice place to stay.

The shower products may have been good, but I would not use them. They are provided in pump bottles like you would use at home. While the hotel provided coffee in packets in the room, there is nothing like fresh brewed coffee and a baked good or bowl of cereal to get you on your way.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. The location was very quiet but the Fitness room was not well marked and didn't find it until the day before my departure. I found it to be adequate for my needs and it was empty so I had a nice workout.

The swimming pool could be a great attraction and my family love to spend some time at it. Perhaps the installation of a bar or a mini fridge with a freezer

Large spacious room with 2 large double beds. Decent sized bathroom. Fridge included Stayed in this hotel 5 years ago when it was a Marriott and came back as was happy with the hotel, location and value for money. Liberty Tree Mall is about 2 minutes walk away with supermarket, restaurants, cinema and.retail outlets.

Pool was not open, but not a show stopper Some fixings in the room a little old, dated or lose. Microwave would have been handy for cooking small things as we were staying there due to medical flight delays.

The location and staff were wonderful. The room was comfortable and the ice maker was just down the hall.

The hallway was hot. My room was never serviced, however, on day 2 or 3 I told her I was fine. We stayed another 6 nights...I had to go to the desk to request toilet paper and clean towels.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Good comfort and big size rooms.

When we’ve checked in we’ve recieved two breakfast cards. One card for two people (2x2). The next morning, we wanted to get some breakfast, and it was denied, because it was only possible to redeem one card per room. Just anoying, because we paid for 4. After a quick discussion, we recieved all 4 our breakfast.
