All Staff is outstanding. Best was Charline in reception and Nancy in Breakfast Restaurant. I like the fact that restaurant do not offer big quantities (mountains). In General everything exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast Restaurant Manager was not friendly at all. When my wife walked in he was like investigating rather than checking and registering our room number. Because my wife had to came back to the Breakfast Restaurant to accompany out kids. he was insisting that she cannot enter again !!! She then asked him, who is going to feed my kids? This was in front of other GUESTS !!! Eventually, my wife offered him to keep observing her to ensure that she will not eat again :-) Then he accepted ..... This was humiliating.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Security and the vallet guys are always smiling and welcoming. Makes one feel welcomed and safe. The location is a close walk to the metro station, which is good. The cafes downstairs are very good.

Although the studio room was spacious, the 2 beds were 15cm apart. The bathroom is too small, the two of us had to take turns to put the toiletries out. W asked for 2 single beds meaning there were 2 people in the room, there were towels for 1, slippers for 1, 1 bathrobe, 1 bottle of water. Also, the kettle and cups, plates, knives could us an update. The place is very nice but it feels preloved.

I would like to thank everyone at this hotel for the exceptionally good service. Especially Hamdi from reception, Hassan who always helped us with the transport of our luggage, Wafae and her Moroccan colleague who always welcomed us cheerfully and enthusiastically at breakfast. They checked every time whether everything was really right. Also a huge thank you to the service in the restaurant during breakfast. In other words, if you want to stay in Doha, then really choose this hotel. Everything is really excellent! I couldn't think of anything that could be improved.

Everything was extremely clean and neat . The staff were helpful all the time I checked in late but everyone was here helping. Not to mention that they upgraded my room because of membership even without asking them to, I extended my stay and that went smoothly too. The janitors were also very friendly every time, they helped me more than once with ordering a taxi and parking my friend’s car. The kitchen is fully equipped which I really liked. It feels homey but in a luxury way.

Everything was nice

I can say that this was one of the best hotels I've ever visited. Conveniently clean, affordable in comparison to other 5 stars hotels, view is pleasurable (I booked the sea view, it was partially sea view not fully), and the breakfast was extremely delightful and tasty particularly the honeycomb. Basically, the best thing among all is the staff proficiency and kindness. I've met no one without a smile. With no exception, everyone was friendly. I'd like to show my gratitude to Mr. Gehan, Hameed, Nancy, and Aisha. They made me feel like home with their comfy hospitality and generosity. Would recommend Voco with no hesitation.

The only thing is that I paid extra fees for sea view. However, it was partially view, with considerable distance from the beach.

Location is very nice and not busy at all, also it provide very nice view on the City and the sea. Room was very well facilitated and big size and provided with kitchenet . Bathroom is a bit small and congested however it was fine for me. The bed was very good and relaxing. Ours was two twin beds. The elevators are very fast compared to high rise building with more than 40 floors.

The breakfast variety of food was very limited , that helped me to eat less :) , and the restaurant was a bit small for such big hotel. Even the extension of the restaurant that is overlooking on the road has very nice fresh views , only disadvantage it is for smokers and none smokers can not enjoy that place if you don't like to smell smokes. However waiters and workers are very pleasant in the restaurants and provided fast service.

- Breakfast Selection is not much, low variety - Breakfast food is not fresh - There should be different type of eggs for breakfast like omelets, scrambled, etc. - Coffee should be self service - Sound System is not nice for ambience - Bathroom design is below average - Swimming pool area is not serviced for beverages

My reservation was upgraded to 3 room apartment in the last floor. The apartment was too spacious with great furniture. The view was spectacular from the suit overlooking the west bay. The breakfast was good. Good WiFi connection. The receptionion & valet staff were helpful. The gym was a little bit small.

There was some bad smell when I checked in. Unfortunately, the bedroom doesn't had a lock for parents privacy 😔.

The front desk team upgraded my booking to a one room suite with a high standard equipments, and I was impressed with the elegance of the room and the fully equipped kitchen, high level of cleanliness, the arrangement, the method of reception, and the ease of access to the sites, all these things made my stay a unique and unforgettable experience Special thanks to the Front desk staffs and the restaurant staff, Ms. Huda, Ms. Hanien, Ms. Nancy and the housekeeping team.

I think the only thing that the food repeated in the second day, which I expect something different, but it's okay.

Very well managed hotel, beautiful hotel with great facilities in a quite location . The rooms/ suites are large, comfortable and very well-equipped with exceptional views of Doha The staff at the hotel are very friendly and always happy to help. The whole VOCO Doha team is very guest focused and a special thanks to guest relation Mrs Tubtim , Mrs Sarah houskeeping , Mrs Charlene reception , Mr Bandi reception , Mr Fatif Director of Rooms . Hight recommended !!
