I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Bentley Doha, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel's impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and hospitable staff truly made my stay a memorable one. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Hassan, who exuded warmth and professionalism. He swiftly checked me in and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and services. Hassan's attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly set the tone for my entire stay. Throughout my time at The Bentley Doha, Luz, another remarkable staff member, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made me feel instantly welcome. Luz's knowledge of the local area and her valuable recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants added an extra touch of personalized service to my stay. The hotel itself boasts elegant and tastefully designed rooms that offer a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail in the room's decor, coupled with modern amenities, created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the spacious bathroom with its luxurious amenities was a treat. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, were well-maintained and provided a welcome respite after a busy day of exploring the city. The staff was amazing. Special thanks to Nazira and Anastasia. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The hotel was also very clean. It's a new hotel so I understand breakfast wasn't provided but doesn't matter. My room and the view was fantastic. I had some food shopping done, and the cleaners did the dishes. Also, Gym was nice, clean and definitely bigger than many other 5star Doha hotels. e.g. Hilton.. I can't recommend enough! I will come back again, hopefully the pool will be opened by then!

Wi-fi should be better. So it's a note to the hotel management. Also, the study area needs a plug for the laptop charger. About the TV, They need more English Channels. The USB port of the TV wasn't accessible to me, but I am sure if I asked for the engineer he'd come and do it but I didn't. I had a question with the air con, and the engineer visited my room in less than 5 mins. So all good.

The location is perfect and the size of the room

The Air Conditioner Blowing Warm and Hot Air. I have contacted the room service and Reciption but still the problem hasn’t been solved . The other room I have booked there was cockroaches . Sheets hasn’t been changed daily . They only arrange the bed without changing sheet . The access card keep disconnecting and I keep going down to the Reciption to deactivate it .

the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and very professional whatever the need or request. the structure is new, the suites are well designed, furnished and equipped. Amazing gym and rooftop pool with a 360 degree view of Doha

Even if not essential seeing the location of the Hotel in the center of West Bay, I missed not having the restaurant in-house, which shall be opening soon and as the rest of the structure, it will surely be top class.

Staff hospitality and flexibility during check in and check out. Location. Comfortable and very quiet place.

Price is very expensive. Communication with the hotel after booking is poor. No response to my emails and WhatsApp to arrange a car from airport to hotel. The place of A/C in the bedroom is bad. The air flow direction to the bed is annoying, this should be restructured to allow better sleep experience.

The kitchen is provided with cutleries, plates and cooking equipments. 2 bathrooms, one for personal use and other for guests if you had visitors. Dinning table and living room with comfortable couches. It has a spa and an amazing swimming pool at roof top. A good view as well! Has an underground parking spot for residents.

First thing i am very much amazed the place it was so quite and relaxing staff are so accommodating they served what we want and they accommodate us to max of our stayed. This is my second time and i will keep coming back to Bentley Hotel and i will advertise or market the Hotel. Thank You so much for great, well managed and accommodating staffs.

Wish i could used their SPA but that time its under maintenance

I really liked the technology. It was astonishing. Also the location and the view was amazing. And the staff were professional and welling to help the guest in every thing.

To be honest I liked everything. And somethings that I didn’t like maybe a positive thing to others. For example, the AC was so cold to me. However, the staff were responsive and express their ability to handle this issue.

I visited The Bentley Hotel for winter holiday for the first time.Although only one night stay but I can say that this is the best hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, room is spacious with high quality furniture, the check in was smooth. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They gave us beautiful room on the high floor overlooking the best corniche view in Doha. Moreover I would like to highlight the that overall the staff are doing great job. Amazing service ! If there is something you need , they will do their best to get it for you. I will definitely plan to stay again here on my next trip here in Doha. I am really looking forward to it.

The staff were amazing , very helpful and quick to act upon requests! Especially wanted to say thanks to Anastasia at reception , she is a Russian speaker just in case anyone needs that option. Great breakfasts , very clean rooms and worth the money . Also really enjoyed their rooftop pool!
