The property was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It was located within easy walking distance with luggage from the station. Totally recommend a room with a view to the mountains, breathtaking.

There is a gap in the information between Booking.com and the hotel. We had booked and confirmed a twin room. When we arrived we were told the hotel had not received that information on their booking system and only a double room was available. We were told we should have put that request in the notes to the hotel although our confirmation stated a twin room. Thankfully the hotel staff fixed this but the system needs to be fixed.

Good accommodation if you want to quickly get to Zermatt by train, because it is located right next to the train station. It is a clean hotel, equipped with everything necessary. I chose it because it is a pet friendly hotel (we paid 8 chf/day for our 2 kg dog) and because it has a private parking lot (for which we paid 10 chf/day). Last but not least, the lady at the reception is a friendly and very kind person.

The location in proximity to Zermatt was good for us. Got to keep our car right on the parking lot. The staff was very kind. If you are American, they have our coffee. Like brewed through a filter and kept hot in a pot like in a restaurant. Not an espresso, then watered. Breakfast was good.

Just be aware that the convenience of walking to the train station comes with “train noise” every 20 minutes, well into the night., I’m not sure if it ever stops running. The beautiful sound of the rushing river, with your windows opened is interrupted by that train all night long. But to be fair, any hotel in Tasch will have this exact issue. We put in ear plugs and slept just fine.

We were really impressed by the staff's approach, all of them were really friendly and helpful and they made the whole stay enjoyable by another level. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, on the other hand there was an amazing variety of breads and other pastries. The location is really great as it provides a great access to both Zermatt and the rest of the Switzerland with a very impressive train timetables yet the village still remains calm and peaceful.

The wi-fi was a bit unstable. Everything else was a pure perfection.

It's located right opposite the Tasch train station. Very convenient if you want to spend your days in the Zermatt region but avoid the tourist bustle and steep prices for average properties in Zermatt Town. Nice property, wooden heritage feel. Rooms are decently sized and well furnished. Lot of light and air from the windows. Check-out and Check-in is very smooth.

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently situated near the train station, making it easy to travel around. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and always ready to assist with any queries or needs I had during my stay. The room was spacious, with beautiful window view. And I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room was great, everything was very clean and organized. The staff were very kind. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view to the mountains. It was very close to the Tasch trains station, about 3 quarters, very easily to be accessed even walking from the train station.

The breakfast was good, but it could have more food and beverages options. There were no freegobar in the rooms.

There was an error on our booking, with booking.com, not the hotel. We never got the room we paid for and booked. Paid for 2 double beds & got only 1 bed and a shower/jacuzzi tub in the room that was not private. Not so good for a family. the hotel provided a cot. The room had a great view.

A small fridge & a microwave in the room would have been nice.

Hotel staff were awesome! Very informative, accommodating, and very friendly. Room was nice with a beautiful view. Bed was comfy as well. Breakfast was the usual you'll have at most hotels - cold cuts, cheeses and bread. I would stay here again just for the warm and welcoming staff.

Parking had a fee even if they're a bit away from the train station.

Breakfast was good. The location is in Tasch which is about a 12 minute train ride from the ski resport so be aware of that. The room and bathroom were quite small, but the value overall was good. The spa and wellness area was completely closed for the season, which was disappointing. The staff was wonderful and always helpful. Check-in and out were super fast and easy, and the staff was always available to help with any of my dumb questions. Thank you!
