The Omani Ladies at the receptionist did not understand English well (I guess they were trainees), but the problem was later solved by an Indian Gentleman... The breakfast needs to be improved in terms of quality and variety.

- I had problem with internet in first room and noise in second room. So third room was good

We booked a De Luxe Family Suite room and it was wonderful! The rooms are so spacious with 3 bathrooms and 2 bathtubs plus a very spacious living room with a very big TV. There are TV on both rooms too. It was clean and cozy. The location is great as it is in the city center and very close to restaurants, grocery, shops and exchange. Easy to get a taxi too if you want to go somewhere. The breakfast has a lot of spread to choose from. The pool in the rooftop is great! We had great time using the sauna too. The whole stay was awesome!

none so far. Our request for bathrobes and slippers took time though but we understand because there's a lot of rooms to attend to but we still got them anyway. Though the jacuzzi was on a bit of construction, the sauna was working that time and we enjoyed it too.

The hotel is located on Main Street which gives it a big plus. surrounding is food supermarket nearby Mall a lot to explore city life The hotel is clean and tidy Staff is friendly Self-parking stairs from parking to the B1 level/ which means if you have any senior citizens traveling with you or people of the destination then you have to drop them in the lobby. Swimming Pool was nice. Didn't get much of the chance to enjoy Having gym in the hotel

No dedicated parking in the situation of no available parking in the hotel. No valet available.

Incredibly spacious room, comfortable huge bed, every day 2 bottles of water for free. Very clean and very friendly staff. We'll come back. Not in the center, but loads of restaurants and malls around. The Red Mwsalat bus stops just 5 min from the hotel and goes to the centre (with a switch) or directly to the airport.

The street is incredible noisy and the window doesn't lock tightly, so you can hear the street even with the window closed. The tub is hard to get into an out for small people, I always risked to slip.

Suite room is good and pool in rooftop. And, thank you so much for the manager who call me if im ok and they give me late check out.

I’m so disappointed why the suite room “my room” no have toothbrush and toothpaste. 😭 all the bathrooms no have and the 2 tv 📺 useless there is no channels. And around morning the ac its look like off its not cooling actually. And, the guy who is assigned in the pool around 5pm. Very bad attitude the way he answered my questions its giving me uncomfortable. Next time don’t judge the people what they are wearing not because you see didn’t wear a nice clothes so you will not entertain well to me. If maybe im look like rich you will treat me well. But so sad he judge me because its look like my wearing and alone going to the pool.

The stay in city season hotel was exterimly different. And my family enjoy. Starting from reciption, with Mr. Mutaz he is smiling person and professional with deal with customer. Breakfast was delicious and staff supporting me and book a good table for my family! I am really enjoy the breakfast with town view. Room was clean with good arranged.

Room was clean with enough space, bathroom is clean and small pool also clean, food was delicious with various types available. My family Really enjoy, thank you and wish to visit this place again in future.

Apartments are so good.

Rooms has some humidity!

Location is excellent and they provide free parking, staff is very helpful, lots of different restaurants within walking distance, breakfast provided by the hotel was nice and value for money, we booked an apartment and it was very spacious and private. All facilities were great.

Hallway had a dirt and odd smelling carpet, house keeping didn’t make daily visits, I returned them on one day coz family was resting and next day they didn’t bother to visit.

Overall, the hotel is a decent and appropriate place to stay.

I had booked a 'Suite' whereas I was given a Standard Twin room; the Omani gentlemen at the receptionist seem uninterested to solve the problem.
