absolute nightmare checking in, I booked for my daughter ( same surname) I didn’t realize my name went on the reservation as Booking.com is under my name. Hotel refused my daughter and even though she had a copy of reservation and my email I had forwarded they wouldn’t budge, I called and begged them, tried to give the credit card it was booked on etc, but nope! there’s no way to reach anyone or Booking.com, I did change name on res and hrs later ( she had given up and went off to enjoy her day) they finally let her check in total pain and may not use again

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, completely exceeded my expectations! This hotel was extremely spacious, it had a queen size bed, a full couch, tv, an adjustable table that increased in height, a balcony, tv, safe, and the bathroom was very large, large shower, touch screen mirror and more! The hotel was affordable which was a huge bonus! Great view can’t complain!

The only issue I had at this hotel room, there was a small crack on the edge of the shower door which leaked out water in the shower, I just put a small towel there and it resolved the issue. Not a big problem considering the rest of the hotel was really nice.

Very clean and well presented. Good facilities. The events that were held at the hotel were well managed by the hotel.

I feel the charges are very misleading at this hotel. When you get the invoice they have so many extra taxes and fees that they add. For example the parking is stated as $30 per day, but then they add three other different fees making it another $35.17 per day. They should put the correct amount they are going to charge up front for the guests to see.

I didn’t enjoy that the parking was so small so when the hotel is completely booked there is a chance you might not get parking. I also didn’t like how paper thin the walls are you can hear everything next door and they have doors that could connect to the rooms next to you. The beds were a little dated but we just used the hotel to sleep since we spent our entire stay at the parks. I also didn’t like that on the app of booking I had picked a room with a balcony and when I got there I was given one of the last ones on the first floor with what they call a “balcony” which was basically a patio that led to parking. I understand the first come first serve but I thought that’s why you picked on the app the room you wanted.

Nice newly renovated hotel, close to Disneyland park (1.5 blocks away, 15 minute walk). Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. We didn’t use the pool since we were there in the winter but it looked lovely and there was a decent sized spa. Staff were all friendly.

Biggest downside is no free breakfast and the breakfast from the small store/cafe was incredibly overpriced. We spent almost $40 for two mediocre breakfast sandwiches and coffees both days. For that kind of price you could just eat in the Park. There’s another full service restaurant on site that offers breakfast lunch and dinner that we didn’t try as we were trying to have a quick breakfast before heading to the parks. No free wifi unless you are a member of their loyalty club, which is also free to join.

I really like everything! My experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff's attentiveness, especially towards my dog, made our stay truly special. Additionally, the Savor restaurant proved to be a culinary delight, offering delicious meals (I will never forget the banana French toast) accompanied by impeccable service. I highly recommend this hotel for both its remarkable staff and delightful dining options."

the on-site the laundry service was good, but machines were not working

it was definitely a great stay for me And my family. we stayed for 4 nights our room was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. it was my daughter first birthday and we came back from Disneyland they left a surprise in the room for my daughter and I really appreciate them for doing that. I will be staying here again when I’m back in Anaheim. it was close to Disneyland walking distance. great overall!

There is a good restaurant on site. Disney about 15 min walk . Beds are very comfortable & clean! Starbucks coffee maker in room. Starbucks also downstairs in lobby, and cute gift shop.

No menus in room available, to order food. Parking and WIFI available for an EXTRA fee. No closet available to hang clothes in my room. Called front desk a few times to request additional items, and answer at front desk.

-Loved walking distance to Disney , Walgreens & lots of restaurants & shopping. -Front desk (Rebecca) was total a sweetheart, helpful/knowledgeable & such an asset to this Hotel! She’s amazing! -Room Service comes promptly & doesn’t keep u waiting forever for Blankets or towels -Super clean, Modern rooms & bathroom , showers r Great!!! Theirs a USB on Headboard, clock, Nightstand & even on the Reclining table that moves up & down! -Balcony was large in size 3 chairs + a Table -Beds were Amazing & comfy slept like a Baby -Full Size toiletries ( only thing u wud really need is a Toothbrush/paste) 10/10 Highly Recommend theirs & will be back soon -Great price
