The views... Go for the sea view if you really wana enjoy the stay. The staff did everything to make sure our stay is rememberable. Kudos to the manager on duty.

Some of the pillows having bad smell and equipment installed in the room was not functioning property but it was taken care of by the staff. The pool needs little care.

Well the main thing I have booked a room with balcony but when I checked in I have been told that the balcony rooms all booked and no more rooms with balcony so it’s on availability that i couldn’t understand booking room same price with other room without balcony !!! The other thing is the bidet sprayer the water always leaking and when trying to use it the water pressure wasn’t good enough This thing matter as Arab and Muslim customer hope they fix this issue

The location is perfect. It’s home away from home. The breakfast selection is excellent. Turndown service was done exceptionally well by Rokhmani from Housekeeping. Charles from conceirge was helpful. We visited Provok for our 3rd Anniversary Dinner and Andisiwe took good care of us. The room location was nice we had a sea view room with a perfect sunrise.

We did mention it was our anniversary on the 26th but we didnt see any towel arts or congratulations. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to see

Very iconic building. Huge room with huge balcony. Very friendly staff. with a few good restaurant in the hotel. Surrounding are nice a quite.

I may be there at the wrong time as the Qatar Economic Forum are ongoing during my stay. Hence tight security that we need to enter and exit the hotel through the VIP entry (Back Door) and the whole hotel is filled with security personnel and all surrongding area condoned off.

The lady in reception was not talking in good way and not showing any supports for guests as this 5 starts hotel and in general no body give you any information about hotel's facilities and services, location little bit far of city center

The hotel based in the center of Lusail. Locationgives chance to be placed in the middle of Lusail's event, as tennis world cup which took place in February. Communication with the staff. All is modern and gives guests big opportunities.

Nothin can be maentioned as negative.

No ATM machine , Provok restaurant menu was bang average no fried shrimps available ! Dumplings were sold out
