We had a very nice stay and liked it very much that the breakfast was being served at the table by the very friendly staff. The room and bed was very comfortable. Arriving by Vaporetto just in front of the hotel.

What I didn’t like was that we asked for a late checkout. According to the lady at the frontdesk it was not possible because there were people coming, but if we payed € 20,00 an hour, it was no problem. After staying 5 days I think that was not so nice 🤔 Not at all Murano hospitality like.

What a wonderful experience! This was my first time visiting Venice and this hotel made the trip more memorable. The staff picked us up from the airport complimentary and took us right in front of the hotel. Check in was smooth, and we were able to drop off our bags before our check in time. The front desk staff was friendly, accommodating and helped us navigate around the area. We needed to stay an extra night at the last minute and the staff were quick to help. The rooms were well kept (my photo is after I took a quick nap upon arrival), air conditioned, with comfortable beds. The balcony door opens without a screen, which I liked. They have a lovely patio area shown in the first photo. The location is perfect for the island of Murano, as well as to access the main island of Venice via ferry taxi. The restaurants within the hotel had great food and the breakfast buffet is the best morning option on the island. Thank you again for a great stay!

The only issue I faced was that we were given a bathroom with a tall bathtub that was difficult to enter and exit, as well as very slippery.

loved the location, very opulent. The private water shuttle was magical felt like a celeb. I would also like to thank Francesca for her support and making me feel so special. In my room was a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to mark my birthday. definitely returning at some point and hope the care, standards remain the same.

the WiFi was non-existent in my room and had to resort to using my data package. Also on Thursday morning, cleaning staff entered my room un-announced. lastly no iron in room, however once requested, one was provided along with a robe.

Check in was extremely smooth, and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. We were offered the service of the free shuttle back to Marco Polo airport, which was a lovely surprise as we had planned to use the Alilaguna service - but this was much more comfortable and a little luxurious!! Our room was lovely - we were upgraded to a suite which had a split level room with a bedroom above and sitting room and bathroom below. The hotel has been built within an existing building, which is great, as it doesn't disturb the beauty of Murano on the exterior - there is a compromise to be had though - and this does mean restricted views out of the the windows - its still possible to see the canal though, and plenty light gets into the room. Overall - a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is really nice; beautiful design. I loved that they offered two water bottles per day for u to use and some coffee capsules, easy but such a nice touch for the guests. The lady at the reception was amazing! So lovely and helpful with explaining to us how to get to places. Bar manager at their bar was also incredible. The restaurant was a let down. Food was really bad. Breakfast was really good and staff was lovely.

The rooms could be cleaned a little better. Our room’s floor was a little bit dusty.

The location is incredibly convenient to reach and leave thanks to the proximity to the Vaporetto station and Hyatt’s own water taxi shuttle to and from the airport. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional (Fabiola in particular) and truly provided expert local tips on how to navigate the less touristy and more interesting spots of Venice.

The room catered greatly to our needs, a point of improvement is perhaps cleanliness of the aspect outside the windows which had lots of pigeons droppings and feathers which was slightly unsightly.

The shuttle boat to the airport was a great help. Most of the staff are super friendly.

- Rooms were not heated and it was fairly cold. - Breakfast the bread as not baked proper. - Room was facing a workshop and every morning between 7 and 8 there was work carried out waking us up before our alarm. - when asking on where to go in Murano we were send straight to a tourist trap. After review it later online we learned that this seem to be common in Venice. Did not expect that from a large chain.(nerver had that problem in Pullman or Hilton).

The location was nice and quiet compared to Venice, being end January. Just in front of the hotel there is the public traghetto that was very convenient and frequent. We bought a 3 day pass at €45 each so as to travel around easily. A half day visit to Burano is also recommended.

On Saturday night there was a birthday celebration event in the restaurant and up to midnight there was still a lot of noise especially when they came out to smoke. The double insulated windows didn't stop this at all. Very annoying for whoever wanted an early night.

Breakfast very high standard ,from all the Italian Cheeses ,Meets ,Hot and cold food excellent great Italian Coffee. Sweets from the Bakery.Thank you Max and team Shuttle from the Airport was there on time very quick to the hotel. Room 304 great view over to Saint Marks ,Clean and all facilities there. 10 out of 10

All was outstanding 10/10

Staff were superb, extremely helpful and informative. Gave us some great restaurant and glass blowing recommendations. Also let my daughter have a quick shower before the flight home after she got soaked in saltwater by a speedboat! Good breakfast. Loved being on Murano, especially at night and first thing in the morning before the crowds arrived. Duplex suite worked really well for a family of 4 (we had a view of a brick wall given how the windows lined up with the arches but didn't matter at all. Rooms had skylights so very bright and airy).

Aircon in bedroom didn't go below 20degs so got quite warm at around 2am!
