Hotel Astor

Very good and friendly stuff except the guys at the reception. The restaurant directly next to is super good, for breakfast, dinner, room service!

The guys at the reception were somekind strange. Firstly they seem to be nice and good, so we booked a tour that they offered. We wanted to explore Mexico City in our own time and way, so the driver offered us his services for the next day. On the next day one of the guys at the reception followed us and saw that the driver pick us up and the guy at the reception complained about our driver. The next day we wanted to explore the area by walking and the guy from the reception followed us again.

Truly a great place to stay if you like jacuzzi. It was fantastic. Also the a/c and climatizer was perfect.

The bed was extremely hard. The receptionist was a bit rude demanding that you bring down the tv controller at the check out, so you need to head back to your room if you forget it. Also they charge you for any extra water after 2 small bottles and they ask for a crazy price for it. The lift was not working some times.

We had a great stay here, thank you! The architecture of the hotel building is unique and outstanding. The curved glass wall opens a generous street view on the intersection of roads. At night it s a segmental mirrow. It gives a mysterious feeling. The jacuzzi spa in the room, the circle of red light over it, the bed. Everything was enjoyable. Highly recommended.

It is very modernized. The lighting, the restroom, the room and the beds are very nice and very clean. The staff was professional, available, yet left you alone to do as you wish. I was pleasantly surprised at how at home I felt. The place was very nice without feeling snobby. I didn’t try the bar/restaurant but i did go in there to check it out. It was adequately staffed and they explained to me the hours, showed be the menu, and explained to me that I could ask for anything from my room as well. The hotel was centrally located by many landmarks and attractions.

My room was quiet and the wifi worked great, i was so happy i could work in my room and get a good night's sleep too -wow this made my trip so I stayed 5 more days here, bed is comfy. Everything is new.

Because the hotel had so few rooms booked the shower water didn't get hot without running it for a half hour and often even doing that it would not get hot.

check in time is really late. would like a earlier check in time. Would be nice to have coffee machines in the rooms

The location of the hotel is just perfect! The rooms are quite big and comfortable! everything just flawless. Definitely the best stay for this amazing city.

There is a taqueria right across from the hotel and they play loud music until late hours, not something that would prevent me from another stay with them!

VALUE! This is such a nice hotel for the price! The rooms and hallways seem recently renovated and are really nice! The bathroom was especially nice.

They do the weird thing of assigning you a TV remote at check in and if you forget to bring it with you to check out you have to go back to your room for it 😔. I guess Samsung remote theft is on the rise. 🥺

This hotel is by far my fav of all the hotels I’ve stayed at honestly great staff great food great area great and helpful staff will be staying here from now on thanks for everything hotel Astor
