Staff is kind, wifi is bad and bath towels have holes. The bathroom at our room had a leak so it was always wet.

No covid safty measures We got to our room where they tvs from the 90s, that didnt work and no one bothered to fix after we report it and both my kids got bite by a tick I was so angry, we had our room changed. Because it was 4am and i couldn't take them to go find another at that time.
