I like that include breakfast. and friendly staff always ready to help. Very clean building locate it close to a mayor bus station and Reforma Avenue.

No A/C available only portable fan ,but weather was cold and with open window got a fresh air before bed time.

The location is great, really close to public transportation, shopping malls, and city landmarks. Downtown is also easy to access, and there are lots of options for good, affordable food nearby. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful.

The internet connection was awful, it was only kinda fast at the lobby/restaurant, and it wouldn't work in my room.

Location, amenities, safety, friendly staff, restaurant on premises with a great breakfast buffet. Whenever I travel to Mexico City, this is the best option for me.

There is very little to dislike about this hotel. I always enjoy my stays there. The staff are always kind and welcoming. They make you always feel at home.

Location was very convenient. It is a good area to stay. Lot of vegetation and places to eat around the hotel. Breakfast was greaaaat!!! and the restaurant staff really kind

There is no A/C. We stayed twice in this hotel. First room was ok, a bit hot, but ok. Second time they were "fully booked" so they gave us a noisy room (101), next to a busy corridor and to the kitchen. We ended up changing hotel because it was not possible to rest in that room.

The location is great, a bit far from the metro, but walkable, you have many options to eat around which was great as we were traveling with kids. The staff was nice enough to let us check in early and hold our luggage at check out. Breakfast was good in general.

The hotel looks a bit old, but it is clean and well maintained

Although the administrative personnel are indifferent and bordering on unfriendly, the hotel itself is certainly adequate. I had a very basic room with no outside window. The hotel could stand some additional updating. Nevertheless, the hotel's location and facilities are probably worth the price.

Good located near zona rosa and night clubs, public transportation

Weak internet signal/connection. Dusty due some hotel renovations, not really outlets to charge phones in the room. No A/C

Great location in a nice neighborhood, comfortable bed, really nice people, very clean, and a fine breakfast buffet is part of the deal!

Room facing the street was a bit noisy (a common mistake made by travelers) and they switched me to a quieter room without a fuss.

I love the location, and the staff! They were excellent!

Unfortunately, our room did not have air conditioning, the bed sheets were the same ones for four days. I think the walls could be cleaned too. There were some stains.

very good location within 3 minutes walking to Zona Rosa ( bars , food , mostly for LGBT ) . hotel is clean and safe . brakefast I’m very nice ( open menu restaurant style ) - very good value for money( low budget but yet good quality and value)
