MC Suites Mexico City

Loved how big and new the rooms were. Modern room amenities and nice working AC. And the washroom was spacious too and had 2 sinks- great for travelling with friends/group.

The customer service of staff could be better- they don't look too friendly or very helpful. There was not enough towels/robes in the room (we booked a room for 4 people) when we arrived and had to convince the front desk to give me extra towels. Also there was a random call to my room from an unknown person in the middle of night- the front desk was kind enough to advise not receiving the call. The pillow cover sheet had some dust stains too- pls wash it well. Also, the towels looked tired and old for a new hotel- it should be replace with new and good quality ones. Thanks.

The location may seem a little unusual at the corners of some busy streets, but right around the corner is the beautiful neighborhood of Juarez/Cauhuatemoc and wonderful restaurants and cafes. The Van Gogh exhibit is right there and also the wax museum ;) The room is huge but very sterile with no character. THat's okay, it had a lovely suite but no kitchenette, just a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Two giant TVs, a bedroom that closes, my room on the 6th floor had no view, but it was very comfortable.

A little kitchen area w sink and stovetop would be great for extended stays.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly! The location is perfect- easy for us walkers to get to everything. Very clean and comfortable. We loved having a kitchenette for early breakfasts and the occassional DiDi Food/Uber Eats dinners. The selection for TV was great- and the added bonus of TV in dining area. Great to have laundry facilities as well. As we are walkers, it was perfect to walk to the zocalo and visit many museums in the historic center, and also walkable to the Zona Rosa and Chapultapec Park. A couple of cinemas nearby- making this hotel perfect!

No freezer in the mini-fridge

The suite was very modern with things like USB outlets, motorized blinds and a safe. Our room was very calm and quiet. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom with a good shower.

Don't belive what you see at Booking. We thought we booked a suite with a balcony at a high level, but got one without balcony on the second floor out of seven. However, the balconies face the rather noisy street, while the others rooms are on the quiet backside of the hotel, so we were happy anyway. Everyday someone checks if you have taken anything from the minibar. But we had the problem that someone had taken one of our private beers. It does not matter much, but gives you a kind of fear that they also have taken something else, (which we don't think they did.) The cleaning was OK, but could be better. The internet was rather poor.

The good things - size of the appartment, bathroom with amazing jacuzzi bath, location, two TVs that can play Netflix and prime.

Some things made you understand why it was not more expensive -WiFi was not good and our blinds didn’t work and did not get fixed when we asked so we were woken up early. Only one robe was provided which was slightly dirty - not a deal breaker! We were hoping we’d be able to cook but not too much kitchen space with this type of booking but lots of unnecessary living room space.

The suite was massive, the beds were big and very comfortable. The shower was insane. The location is great, close to the paseo de la reforma and the city centre.. It is surrounded by high quality restaurants and cafes. The area feels safe and there are a few supermarkets just around the corner.

Travelling with my wife and my 3 years old daughter, we booked a suite with two double beds, unfortunately the staff only provided two towels and refused to give us a third towel for my daughter. They may be right in saying that it was not included in the booking but I found it quite odd... It's just a towel...

Very nice suite, with a huge and comfortable bed. The suite was very clean and the hot tub very nice. Perfect space for two people, it's a nice size and the fridge and coffee maker are good amenities, as well as the two TVs. The location is quite central, short walking distance to a mini corner store, some restaurants as well as some bus stops.

The couch in our suite had a big dent in the middle which made it uncomfortable to sit on. During checkin, we had to wait over 45 minutes longer than we were told via booking without an explanation or excuse. The staff entered our room once to clean despite us having left the "do not disturb"sign on the door.

This hotel is really amazing in all prespectives: 1) It is located in a super safe area, with a lot of activities within a walking distance (222 Reforma shopping mall with chain restaurants, La Ciudadela, coffee shops, and amazing restaurant called comedor lucerna, and Oxxo the Mexican version of 7-eleven open 24/7 downstairs). 2) The staff are super friendly and try to help as much as possible. 3) Our room was always clean, sheets are fresh, and the cleaning lady takes her job seriously 4) Our room was quite on the 6th floor with amazing view

There are a couple of things which can be improved but didnt impact on our stay: 1) Wifi accessibility in the bedrooms 2) Disability, infants stroller and lagguage access in the front, which I do not think will be hard to create

I chose this suite because of the location, good price and the soundproofing that was mentioned in the description. The location was really great (next is Paseo de La Reforma with many shops and restaurants, Oxxo and small tienda are next door the suites). What else suited me: - comfortable bed, - shading sunblind, - place for working - amazing view - very nice and clean bathroom.

I dont think there is any soundproofing. I heard the bed creaking and walking from the next room (not sure if it was above me or next to my room). During a day, you can also hear a lot of noise from the street. However, it was quiet at night.

The location of the hotel is pretty darn good. I was able to walk to restaurants, nightlife, supermarkets, barbershops, etc. All within 10 mins. Even to get a Covid test. The facility looks brand new. We opted for the Family Suite and it was very spacious. It came with 2 full-size beds, a kitchenette, a dining table, and a bathroom with separate sinks, toilet room, and rain shower.

Wi-Fi was not very stable. Darn right frustrating at times if you work from your hotel room. It is great when it's working and it offers great speed. The wifi goes out at least 4 times a day for periods of 10-30 mins. Be warned. Although you could set the thermostat to 20 celsius, it was controlled to never go below 24 celsius. I never asked them if that could be changed, but it was okay during the day. At night I sweated a little.
