The location was very good,the hotel outside is not impressive, I would even say it doesn't look very inviting, but the room was good. The bed was big and comfortable, the furniture lacking but enough. They were accommodating and added a desk and chair to our room which we needed as we were working. The WiFi was good enough for telework.

Towels had some holes, toilet got stuck, key cards got deprogrammed almost every day. Things that are not dramatic but that contribute to the lack of "excellence". We got what we paid for, so if you don't expect things to be perfect is a good place to stay - well located and with a reasonable goof room.

Overall I thought it was a great place to stay for the price. I would recommend it to others, and I will return to this hotel. Very convenient location, and I was able to walk through the city and to my hotel with no problems. I appreciate the fact that there is a staff member at the desk 24/7. Great job!

No complaints from me. I am very simple when it comes to hotels.

Location, breakfast(really good, but it is not a buffet as advertised, Booking it is time to update this, covid has been here for a while), and Jose(he was absolutely amazing, he was the best part)

Installations are great, but there are small details that need attention. Some lights are not working, curtains have issues(all were solved), but this should be taken care of before guess arrive.

Fair enough, good breakfast with choice

Poor soundproofing, shower is not convenient and with some traces of mold, location is somewhat ambiguous - it is equally distanced from all the sights, but in immediate vicinity there are no restaurants (except McDonald's), no sights and shops, you have to take a walk

The room service and the bathroom the room was very spacious. It was a wonderful location from downtown to the casino all within walking distance. They also provided you with a taxi in case you didn't want to walk. I can't wait to go back. I won't stay anywhere else but here.

The sauna room didn't worked but other than that it was awesome

Spacious room. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Missed a desk/table and a chair. The room is large but there's furniture missing to put you stuff on or to store clothes. The shower leaks into the bathroom. But the staff cleans is up every day so that's nice. Could be fixed properly though.

on the last floor where our first room was located you can hear from the room the noise of the elevator (it is ok if you have a deep sleep, if not it can be a little bit annoying)

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean and beautiful.

I wish the rooms had a fridge and microwave in the rooms.

I would like to have a chair in the room. There is no place to sit. The other guests talk loudly in the hallways and it is disturbing.

The room and the bathroom is pretty big and bright

There was a cat pee smell in the room, even it looks clean. I understand it’s hard to get rid off the smell.
