Hotel Clé Reforma Insurgentes

We love the location, near to all the things we enjoy! The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any needs.

The pillows and quilt were very lumpy. There is a step down from the entry into the sleeping area that needs to be marked. We fell down that step several times. Fix these two things and I will give you excellent rating!

excellent location!! and i truly meant it. there are many restaurants, cafes, shops, convenience stores and a night street market all within walking distance. there is also a mall (Plaza Reforma 222) within 10 mins walk. very comfortable bed. efficient aircon, wifi, shower. there is a coffee machine and safety box. it has smart TV (can play streaming services). there is a nice window sofa which you can lie down to relax. the staff is friendly and professional. the food at the cafeteria is yummy! (you can also order room service). i will definitely stay here again in my next trip to Mexico City 😊

Great location! A walking distance from great area of restaurant and bars! About 30 min walk from tourist attractions. Safe area ! You can walk even in late hours The staff was really nice and basically answered my needs very quickly with no questions ask I will be back definitely

The first room I got wasn’t clean enough but once I’ve told them they did everything to satisfy me as a guest and insisted of upgrading my room to a higher floor!

Comfy beds, clean rooms, nice shoerr with hot water, friendly staff

Quite noisy in terms of sounds in the corridors/outdoors, internet only great on groundfloor (should be better for USD 150 per night)

Newly refurbished, feels quite high-end. Huge bathrooms, comfy beds, nice building and a safe, lively area. Quiet to sleep in at night.

The rooftop was a little desolate, there were no servers there to take care of customers. Most of all, the rainfall shower looks luxurious but there is not enough water pressure to enjoy it, it’s dribbly and hard to wash with (hair especially, curly/thick hair even more so). The water temperature is also all over the place.

The location was perfect, and the area was quiet and safe. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food at the restaurant was really good, great value. Room was big and very clean, and the tv was huge!

I'd thought I would get a view and I didn't, so that was a bummer. The room had some odd corner spot, like an empty closet? I think it used to be a closet but now it's just an empty cubicle next to the bed. It wasn't bad, just odd.

The room was nice and spacious. There was a large TV hidden behind a sliding board, and it was a nice smart TV (Roku) with apps for various streaming services. The bathroom was quite large and the shower was also big. It was easy to adjust the water to the correct temperature. My flight left late at night and I was able to leave my bag in a storage room for the day after checkout. The staff were nice and accommodating.

The room was designed very efficiently and the colors were pleasant.It was very easy to get from the front door to our 7th floor room via elevator. The staff was very very helpful and always present. The cleaning person was stellar!!

The pillows and bed cover were lumpy and uncomfortable. We needed an extra blanket. The unexpected one-step down into the sleeping area was dangerous especially in the middle of the night. It was wonderful to have the window blinds but it would have been nice to have instructions to use them.

Fabulous hotel. For me it was 5 star. Really impressed with the room and the bathroom. Cleaned everyday. Friendly staff. Wonderful food. This hotel exceeded my expectations in that being 3 star, I thought it might be downmarket. Far from it. Would recommend a stay here. Also the area has fabulous restaurants and cafes & shopping.

TV was, as expected, Spanish speaking. Would have been great if there had been a few more English channels. However, the Wi-Fi was so strong and reliable, that was easy to watch Netflix on my iPad. So no great hardship really.

The hotel is really central and is easy and nice and safe to walk around. The bed is super comfy and the roof top a must. I asked for hot shower since the last time there's wasn't, and it was perfect.

They don't have a luggage room and since we couldn't leave the luggage we paid $40 for an early check in. This type of hotel should really have a luggage room. The staff is not friendly in general. They do their job, but not more than this. I was here before, I knew it already, nut a bit of customer service would be surely nice.
