Le Meridien Mexico City

I appreciate the warm welcome that I received. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room. Thank you for the complimentary cocktails. Delicious food at the restaurant. Restaurant service is awesome and pleasant. The hotel location was perfect for us. We wanted to enjoy Italian food, and I only had to ask once, and the next thing we knew, the hotel summoned us a taxi and told the driver where to drop us off at a very nice Italian restaurant. After dinner, we walked back to the hotel because of its great location. I personally noticed that I only had to ask once to the hotel, and I was helped emeadiately. Overall, we had a first-class stay at Le Meridien.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't find anything wrong with the Le Meridien hotel... Lol...

Received an upgrade to a bigger room with a private living room. Complimentary bottles of water. Very comfortable beds. Centric location on Paseo de la Reforma. The room was relatively soundproof.

AC in the room was very noisy. The closet was too small and also the bedroom quite small compared to the living room. The staff took a while to provide towels for the pool that we requested way in advance (twice) and in the end had to go to reception to obtain them. Bear in mind that Paseo de la Reforma is the main avenue of Mexico City, so expect heavy traffic, some noise and pollution once you exit.

The breakfast was good when we were able to communicate what vegan meant. The staff in the restaurant were all awesome. The bed was very comfortable. The room was really quiet even though the hotel is on a busy street and we were on the third floor. Good gym.

In the room, a fridge would have been better than a microwave. I booked this hotel specifically because someone on booking.com enthused about the vegan breakfast; it would have been nice if that had been easier to sort out; but when it did get sorted out, it was really delicious!

Everything was great an the staff was very helpful. It’s a good hotel in a nice neighborhood.

Not bad things. The rooms just need a little up date in decor. The furnishings were a but motelish but all in good condition. The restaurant could be great it just needs a larger lounging area where you could sit and have a drink. It’s about 97% dining and 3% lounge seating so we tended to eat out and explore other bars and restaurants.

Overall it was clean, the food in the restaurant was good, and all the employees there were polite and very helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was that dinner in the restaurant didn't have or serve bread ;( and I love bread with butter but the steak and chicken were the best, in fact, better than Sonora Grill where the steak there was over salted and the music very loud.

The room was very comfortable and breakfast is fantastic

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and although we were three people staying at the suite, housekeeper kept taking away our towels and we had to deal with only 2 towels

it is a clean well run property. the staff make your stay!!!! from the restaurant staff to the doormen ( who looked out for us each day , the room cleaners were hard working and pleasant staff. then there is Victor. he is an extremely friendly knowledgeable man. he helped us with cabs, restaurants , sightseeing trips and safety tips etc worth the stay to have Victor there !

Great service and Good menu Really enjoyed the services provided. The staff was really nice and attentive. I can tell they have great training of their staff.

Everything was great. Much better than my stay at the Hilton. Rooms are really nice and clean, and the location is the best. Hope to return
