Check in is available from 3 pm. We arrived at 3 pm. We waited and waited and made many calls to the business line and to booking.com support. Somebody eventually arrived after 4.30 pm to help us check in. I understand this is not the fault of the property, but there is a nightclub nearby and I had a room that overlooked the street and was kept awake each night until 3 or 4 am with the 'doof doof' of the loud music nearby. The room safe did not work and we were not offered an alternative. There was no information about servicing/cleaning our rooms. My pillows were just stuffing inside a pillow case. There are several other accommodation options very nearby that are a similar price but offer far more support and services.

Location was really good. Lady receptionist when she appear. She was only one helpful there.

There is long list the things i didnt like. First hard to check in. Nobody at the reception. Guy on the phone not replying even after reading the messages. FIrst night, the bathroom flooded with water coming from the ceiling. This also was not enought to get the answer from the guy on the phone. I went to CDMX for the music festival and i missed half of it. Imagine coming back at night to the hotel and your card doesnt work to open the doors. There is nobody to help at the reception. The phone numbers are not answering. Your battery is dying and you left credit card inside the room. No place to sleep over night. I would forgive this accident once. But this happend again and again even after i changed my room. Card stopped working. I was locked out of my room, shower and cloathes for hours. I must wait for 5 hours for somebody to come and give me copy of the card to open the doors. The contact number provided was keep repeating me that somebody will come in 15 min. At the end I was afraid to leave my room that I will not be able to come back. Is that how you want to visit Mexico City?? This experiance is not worth the price, and missied festival. I spoke to the owner at the end and asked for discount after this bad experiance and not having place to sleep. He offered 100 pesos for a week stay. Complete Joke. How its possible to miss the potential of this location with such bad managment?

It was close to work.

No hot water. Had to check myself in because there wasn't any receptionist. The price was more than I expected. Booking didn't save me any money at all. Will never use booking or this hotel again.

Poor communication, I was outside the hotel ready to check in but they told me no, we're closed... I communicated my arrival time ahead of time before arriving to Mexico city so I could know if my time would be okay, they lied to me. The lights we on...

no elevator,no bell boy,my wife and I had to carry 5 pieces of luggage up two stories. night tables had lamps but no light bulbs. no courtesy Kleenex ….😳$60.00/night for that….?
