Nice location close to centro historico. Stabucks on the facility and they can set you up for transportation anywhere. Room was comfortable.

No room service at night. My son got sick and thru up in the evening. We picked up as much as we could with house towels. We called front desk and they sent maintenance. The maintenance guy showed up n then told us he would be back and did not return. So we slept in a stinky room and bathroom that night. Housekeeping cleaned it up the next day. We got billed 2000 pesos because they said they could not rent the room the next day because they had to disinfect the room. I responded so we were in a room that wasn’t disinfected? Because since we were made to wear masks and disinfect our hands in the lobby we were under the impression that all rooms get disinfected after use. So I guess rooms are cleaned but not disinfected unless someone throws up.

The location is top class and the lobby is really beautiful. The staff, particularly the porters, are very helpful.

Some of the standard double rooms without a nice view have a lighting fixture built into the wall - it limits space in what are already relatively small rooms.

location was excellent! staff always helpful and quick to respond. good service both in English and Spanish. room service 24/7. EVERYONE was professional and helpful. 5 star service and above.

Don’t listen to whiney customers. Everything was great. Minor details in the rooms that need to be updated. Beautiful lobby but the halls to get to the rooms are a bit dark. Taxi rides are a bit expensive so just get an Uber.

the room given to us lacked light, while I was coming from the UK and awaiting to enjoy the sunlight, this means that I ended up spending my time outside the room and used the space only for sleep

Hotel Emporio was extraordinary. The staff could've not been nicer. Ramon, one of the staff members, was so friendly and servicial. The hotel was extremely clean and the location was perfect on the best avenue in Mexico. Their patio restaurant was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting there watching all the people passing by on their bikes, cars, walking. The area is very safe and walkable at any time of the day and night.

The hotel was really all pluses. Nothing is wrong with it.

The staff is great! The breakfast is good with a variety of options to choose from. Although breakfast was not included in our rate. Staff speaks perfectly English. Wife is good. Location is good and walkable from the historic centre or the musea. A/C is good. We had a quiet stay. Will recommend this hotel!

Except the entrance, the hotel is outdated. Height of the room is low. Our bed was small. My wife and I discovered we can’t handle 140 cm. Luckily there was a third bed. Shower is not for people higher than 170 cm.

Ramon from the staff was very reachable, respectful and checking out on us every time. Besides the rest of the staff it’s always at your service. The location and facilities are the best too

I asked for an earlier check in. However, when I arrived to the property I had to wait for over 1 hour to have access to my room since nobody checked my request they said and they wanted me to pay an extra night if I wanted to use the room.

The location was very good, room was clean and staff was very friendly. For one person the room size was good.

At night the hotel closes its main door, so if you're arriving a little bit later, you'll probably have to wait a little bit to get in.

Hotel Emporium was a great experience. You are in the same street as a large Hilton but I suspect for half the cost. The employees at the hotel were incredibly professional and friendly. The restaurant was great and the room was quite comfortable. Bedding was soft. A lot of amenities in the shower.

The room itself was great but it could get very noisy outside the door especially with room service to other rooms and some maintenance work going on. Probably needs some insulation.
