see my previous glowing review on this place - breakfast, price, location, and workspace on level 4, free water, big tv

place is pretty empty so the breakfast kept turning up at random times as they were shutting the kitchen early. this was pretty annoying since i was working on a late schedule and my 11am breakfast would show up at 8am. however, i asked if i could move the breakfast to the evenings and they allowed it. pillows are super uncomfortable as is the plastic mattress protector, but I asked the staff to remove it and BYO pillow. this room (deluxe king, 421) has a weird sink that is breeding some fruit flies. tv cannot be connected to by hdmi as it is enclosed in the mirror box on the wall. free coffee is pretty terrible (but hey its free). had to request cleaning and they're pretty stingy with the toilet paper but again for the price who cares.

Not far from the metro station. Really good breakfast, they bring it to your room. Free water on all floors.

We had read the reviews about it being a sex hotel but apart from being able to buy dildos and condoms at reception we didn't notice anything strange going on, so found it fine.

Improvement points: 1) Better doors for noise isolation 2) Better bed for comfortable sleep As soon as you achieve this you can double your prices. Alicia even though you don't like me I miss you, you are the most beautiful person of the world. If you want a life in Italy let me know.

I liked the location. the price was great for how long I stayed. Less than 5 min walk to metro and good food found around the corner. Wifi was strong. Bathroom were nice and clean.

I did not like how stuffy the room would feel at night. Not much air circulation. Would be nice to have a fan. I opened up windows to let air flow through but got some mosquitoes inside that bugged me at night.

One of the best budget rooms I've ever stayed in. Comfy bed, super nice bathroom and shower. Windows open in room and bathroom. Nice staff. Amazing location right by Arena de Mexico :). Is everything perfect? No. Is there AC? No. But it's about $20CAD per night. Including a good breakfast that kept me going until mid-to-late afternoon.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. A very good breakfast included in the price and delivered to your room at a pre-arranged time to suit you.

Nothing really.....it's not the most salubrious area but perfectly safe. Be aware that it's a 'love hotel' but obviously not exclusively so.

the property is close to major sightseeing places with easy access via metro or public transport. it is cleaned everyday to a high standard. Rooms are cozy, make you feel right at home

Close to the metro, for me very important. Nice and modern room. Bathroom, really big.

Sometimes i had difficulties to explain myself for the fact that only a receptionist spoke English. But, all was fixed, at the end.

Breakfast was great, the staff were very nice.

The bedding was not the most comfortable, for understandable cleanliness reasons, but it still made it hard to sleep on the pillows. Maybe bring your own pillow.

Good staff, great location, best price for that quality. Near have 2 metro station. Mexican breakfast can choose on menu. Amazing time in Mexico city. My recommendation
