Soooo noisy! noise from the corridors and other guests shouting and banging doors along with noise from the busy street outside! if you are a light sleeper I would advise not to stay here!

Location very central, walking distance from transportation, safe neighborhood even at night, room does the job to rest, shower, bathroom and to be ready for the day, staff helpful and Argentina restaurant at bottom of hotel was great food and service.

Not high tech rooms, has a nice size television and also has input for usb to charge your phone, tablet or any electrical device, no screens on windows and shower head are okay nothing fancy, no AC, but did not need it, temperature in city was good and fan on ceiling kept us cool and comfortable, hotel is good to get a good night and get ready in the morning to view the city.

Clean room (daily service), spacious, comfortable bed. Despite facing a street, room was rather quiet at night. Good internal sound insulation. The hotel is located about 1 km from a street with nightlife and a metro station, area appears reasonably safe to walk even at night. Many cafes in the neighbourhood.

Bathroom lacks a shelf to place cosmetics. One may be waiting for even 2-3' until hot water starts flowing. A good hair dryer is really needed. Restaurant (good food, in Argentinian style, reasonably priced) closes too early (at 22:00) and was closed during holidays. In the reception, even if the staff is friendly and try to be helpful, should be at least one person who speaks reasonably fluently language other than Spanish.

The decor was really cool, it wasn't too noisy despite being across the road from a bar on Saturday night. There was free tea, coffee and water in the lobby. The hotel staff looked after our bags after we had checked out and they also booked us a taxi for our trip to teotihuacan. They also made the bed and cleaned everyday. The bed was huge which was nice and the room was also very big.

Could have been a tiny bit cleaner but it might be because the place is a bit old that it doesn't look as clean as you'd want. The curtains didn't fully block out the light. I also think a bath mat would have been useful. A fridge could be helpful too.

Location, friendly staff, very quiet room despite the central location. Safe and reliable luggage storage. Late check-in/last minute same day booking (at midnight – arrived an hour later... missed a flight ;) ). Quick and smooth check in. Clean and spacious room with hot shower. Great and safe neighbourhood with many good food options and the possibility to walk to many cool CDMX sites and hotspots.

I unfortunately couldn't connect to any of the wifi networks in my room.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Zona Rosa and Reforma on one side, and Roma Norte on the other. The staff was super helpful whenever we had questions and were very accommodating upon our arrival. In general it was a good value for what you pay, with all the amenities necessary to have a wonderful trip.

I didn't have any issues with anything. It's a small hotel but with a lot of character.

Super hot water, very good service, very clean and good value for money overall. Spacious room. It was slightly cold (in February)with no heating but I live in Puerto so I'm used to living in a sauna. Free filtered water, both hot and cold so I could also make tea. Location was good, walking distance to some cute places in Juarez (el huerto-the best) and over to Roma.

They used flat sheets instead of fitted so they would come loose. The double bed was comfortable but the single was hard.

We enjoyed the colorful happy cultural aesthetic, how large the room was, the large patio & window, the bed was very confortable, and everything was clean. The hotel is also in a nice location and it is very affordable for how much they offer. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was not necessarily hot but it did get a little stuffy even when the outside temperature was cool. Once we decided to keep the bathroom window open the air improved. Leaving the patio door open didn’t work because the door slammed. Additionally, the fan is somewhat broken and only blew air downwards. Finally, the hairdryer works just fine and I did use it, but I was initially hesitant because it is somehow wired inside the electrical plug (not plugged into it).

The ambience and decor of the hotel are charming, with a traditional Mexican theme. The ample-sized room was kept very clean, and the neighborhood is generally pretty quiet, but close enough to some good restaurants (3-5 blocks away)

The furnishing is quite basic, and the beds are kind of old and droopy--they need replacing. The reception area is confusing and the personnel are not particularly friendly or well-informed about the area or even the hotel itself! The hotel management would be well advised to train their employees to be more proactively friendly and to provide details up front, like about the unusual light switch in the bathroom, or the existence of a nice outdoor terrace (that I only discovered near the end of my stay). The rooms just have an old lock and key and a light doorchain--not very secure!

Everything about this hotel is perfect . The area , the staff , the room and the cleanliness, how soundproof if it is . As an avid traveler this is one of my favorite hotels to stay at . I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and on my last day me and my partner didn’t want to leave . The room is spacious and is close to everything you need . Highly recommend this place !
