Kali Centro Mexico City

The rooms are quite modern,spacious,quiet and clean .The bathroom was big and equipped with everything you need. The location of the hotel is a plus, being close to the city center . Breakfast was good and enough for our needs.In the lobby you have a coffee machine very helpful for early mornings. The price is fair enough for the offered conditions . Definitively I recommend the hotel and for sure we will stay in this location in our next trip to Mexico City.

The view in front of the hotel when you arrive is not so nice but what you will find inside is covering the first impression.

I was so glad to discover this place is actually really clean! I’m very picky about cleanliness and have been at some pretty inaccurately described places since i’ve arrived in Mexico. But here it’s accurate! Lovely staff, good sized room with enough space for bags and even a little desk. Good free coffee and fresh water all day long. Internet was quiet good. It Was considerably quiet considering it’s next to a street. :) So yes I can recommend this hotel!!! I’ll be back for sure if I come back to Mexico City. Muchos Gracias.

The breakfast was veerryy simple and the running machine in the gym didn’t work.

A central location within easy walking distance to Alameda, Museo Mural Diego Rivers, Museo de Artes Popular, Palacio de Bellas Artes and slightly farther to Zocolo and the Historical Center. Balderas Metro a five-minute walk. Our room was delightful with great comfort. Breakfast buffet was diverse and tasty. Very helpful staff always with a smile.

The location may be convenient, but it is not "pretty". The sidewalks in the neighborhood are often challenging and sometimes littered with debris. Quite a bit of police activity in the area - probably not ideal for an evening stroll.

Loved the room. Very nicely designed with a big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The location is close to a lot of tourist sites, but it's on a busy street. Try to get a room that doesn't face the street if possible. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Breakfast is decent, too. The coffee machine in the lobby is awesome. I loved having filtered water machines available — I didn't have to use a single plastic bottle during my visit.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but there aren't a ton of great places (4.5+ stars on Google reviews) to eat nearby. I usually stay in Roma so it's probably just a matter of neighborhood preference.

The room was very spacious, modern and clean. We felt very comfortable and loved our stay at Kali Centro. The room had a window, which was nice to let in fresh air. However, no view. But that didn't bother us since the layout of the hotel keeps most rooms to the backyard, so our room was very quiet. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The front office staff was super friendly and helpful. The house keeping was amazing. The location of the hotel is great, just outside of the old town. In walking distance to the historic center and Roma Norte. The aircondition worked very well and the bathroom was clean, spacious and featured a window.

The breakfast was okayish, nothing special and at times the small room was overcrowded. But since it was included in our rate, nothing to complain about. I just wouldn't pay extra for it.

Hotel was extremely clean, water filling station and sitting area on each floor,free tea coffee hot water vending machine at the reception.

Not much option for breakfast and vegetarian people, breakfast staff didn't understand English at all.At the check in we wanted to pay in cash in pound which wasn't possible .We wanted to deposit the full money in pound to check in and said that will pay in pesos in the morning after getting money from the bank as we checked in around 0430 in the morning and banks were closed ,however we were told that the system wouldn't allow this,we were tired and exhausted and the checkin procedure wasn't helpful at all.

Hotel facilities and staff were exceptional. On our last day we ended up missing our flights and I was very sick. The hotel staff were very understanding and let us keep our room for some extra ours on our day of checkout, so that we could sleep a little extra and also let us have breakfast even after checking out. The location was great, close to the metro and easily accessible from the airport and other parts of the city. During our whole stay the staff helped us whenever they could and were always friendly. The watercoolers/dispensers on each floor were very much appreciated, given that the tap water in Mexico generally isn't advised to be drunk.

The beds were comfortable but for me were a little short and my feet hung off the end of the bed, this isn't a dealbreaker and a bit nitpicky of me. For reference my height is 178cm.

We enjoyed a very nice five-night stay at the Hotel Kali just before Christmas. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They contacted us before the trip to offer safe taxi transportation from the airport, and later helped us hire a driver to take us to Teotihuacán. The hotel is well located, a short walk away from the Alameda Central and the Palacio de Bellas Artes, and a nice walk away from there to the Zócalo. The Balderas metro station is just 5 minutes away from the hotel, and from there it is easy to get to virtually any place in the city. We got to Chapultepec to visit the wonderful Museo Nacional de Antropología in more or less 20 minutes. We also got to the UNAM in a bit more than half an hour. Excellent taquerías and multiple shops nearby.

The breakfast is good, but a little more variety would be appreciated.

This was one of the best value for money hotel . The room was quite spacious and there was good facility of water and coffee/tea at all times. Breaksfast was different every day and quite good. The staff was very helpful with guiding us as requried.

The taxi was booked with Hotel however my flight was heavily delayed so I was required to pay 160 extra pesos as waiting charge ( as was more than 1 hr wait) .Not sure if it really falls within Hotel remit but something to be considred with their partners .Especially as flight details were shared so they could have checked
