Chic hotel in the heart of Roma Norte. Beautiful, modern hotel with a great spa and lively restaurant/bar. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Great service at the on-site spa. Busy restaurant and rooftop bar (especially on the weekend).

The rooftop bar is open until 2230 with loud music playing that can be noisy from your room. However, ear plugs are provided and sufficient to silence the bar area. The room size is acceptable but not generous and the queen-sized bed is smaller (shorter) than the queen beds we are used to in the US.

Extremely nice hotel located in the heart of Roma Norte. we had a room at the front of the hotel which meant we had a balcony and a large double room so there was plenty of space. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

Noise - the bar area out front was extremely (and unnecessarily) loud on Saturday. Lack of soundproofed rooms - when walking along the corridor you could hear the conversations in the rooms on the way. Sunday - the restaurants and all bars were closed by 6pm (with no warning from the hotel). Breakfast - continental breakfast was pretty limited but fine if you don’t want a big breakfast.

Very stylish design, hugely comfortable beds, sheets were amazing. Lovely bathroom. Well equipped wardrobe and rooms. Nice little touches like lots of courtesy water which is great. Lots of towels which is also great.

Very slight issue with water flooding the bathroom a bit but not a huge issue. More hooks near the sinks to hang towels could also be good. Windows could have some privacy screen.

Clean, in perhaps the best location if looking to stay for Roma Nte or Condesa area. Centrally located. Hotel staff is very accommodating. Products included in the bathroom are nice. Small boutique hotel. Breakfast is included for select rooms, continental with fresh fruit, bread/pastry, coffee/juice. All wonderful. Can add on for additional price.

WiFi is often spotty. Concierge while typically great were not always the most knowledgable about the area. In our case we had asked about local shops and art galleries. Sometimes loud as events can be held on the terrace.

Location and service were excellent. Room was very nice, with excellent bed and bathroom. We were upgraded to a duplex suite, which was very nice.

The air conditioning wasn't strong enough to cool the room during the unseasonal heat.

The property was really well designed. The rooms were very clean and presentable. Staff were very attentive. as it was our honeymoon they gave us a free upgrade the first time we stayed with them. This set our trip off to a great start.

There were no gym facilities. The breakfast included changed depending on what type of room you had. It would be good to have the same across all rooms.

The Brick Hotel is a stylish boutique hotel, located in the beautiful Roma Neighborhood of CDMX. It has earned the coveted title of Small Luxury Hotel, an accolade which is well-deserved. We transferred to the Brick Hotel halfway into our trip to Mexico City, as we had a subpar experience at a previous hotel. From the minute we stepped into the Brick, we were greeted by the friendliest concierge, who immediately brought us welcome drinks and whisked our luggage up to our room. The staff knew about our situation and graciously upgraded us to a Junior Suite for a nominal charge. We stayed in the Nord suite, which was simply WONDERFUL, with moody walls, a small terrace, double marble sinks, rainfall shower heads and the best part - a clawfoot bathtub, where I enjoyed a relaxing, nightly soak. I would also like to add that the manager left us a handwritten letter wishing us a good stay and a charcuterie and fruit plate, which we promptly dug into as we arrived quite hungry. Every day our expectations at the hotel were exceeded. The staff greeted us with smiles each morning, prepared us hearty breakfasts, delivered hot cookies in the evenings during turn down service, and hot tea late at night when my husband had cravings. Regarding the hotel itself - the interior dining space is lush, bright and inviting and we loved eating there every morning. The hotel also features a spacious outdoor terrace and a rooftop to enjoy drinks and bites outside when the weather cooperates. The hotel is located in the most perfect area of Roma - one block away from vibrant Colima Ave - and is walkable to amazing restaurants and boutiques. Lastly, we had an unfortunate incident on our final day in CDMX - a few locals tried to scam us by throwing liquid mimicking bird poop onto us, then came over to help us wipe off and subsequently tried to steal my credit cards in the process (fortunately I caught them in the act and they were not successful).

There was nothing I didn’t like! However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback. It would be great if there were full-length mirrors in the rooms and more towel hooks in the bathroom.

The food is seriously amazing. The personal was so kind and helpful. although the rooms are small they are well designed to allow for best distribution. Lastly the rooms are almost sound prof which I really Appreicate.

Honestly I did not come across anything I did not like. The staff was so amazing I wish I had the names to give a list of them.

The property itself was lovely and we had a great stay, the staff were lovely and the room was nice. It’s a shame our room didn’t have any windows though.

The arrival to the hotel from the airport wasn’t a great start - we were charged $2000 pesos (£75) for a one way 20min trip. It was our fault for not checking the price prior to booking but we didn’t expect it to be this much since pricing in Mexico is usually pretty fair. We also had a quote from another hotel we stayed in on our return and found out it was $1400 pesos - considerably less. We decided to get an Uber back to the airport which cost us a mere $118 pesos (£4) - I highly recommend just getting an uber!! We had zero problems and saved a lot of money.

Absolutely stunning decor, amazing staff and very delicious food and cocktails. The location is perfect and we found it to be very good value for money. We loved everything about it!

The only very small thing was the lack of windows in the rooms. Besides that, amazing!
