Very much satisfied with this nice hotel. Very clean and tidy with modern rooms. Fantastic breakfast with a variety. Great value for the price. Room has an integrated bluetooth sound system where you can connect your devices easily. checkin was very quick, small rooms but elegant and everything is there including a coffee machine. Cleaning and changing of linen done everyday. 2 water bottles and other amenities refilled everyday. even new floor towels are provided everyday. Mexico is the 23 rd country I visited. Thus far one of the best hotels out of all. Staff is friendly and helpful. Reception helped us with a UK plug socket for iphone. Do not hesitate peeps, book this place at once. you will not regret. Specially people coming from Asia & Dubai. Free unlimited coffee and water throughout the stay which is great. Thank you team and we enjoyed our stay. with love Mario & Ish. Room 121

nothing at all. a small fridge in the room would have been handy. but not worth mentioning.

Location was good. 2-3 minutes walking distance to Balderas subway. Staff was helpful. Room was clean.

soundproofing was not good. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear all the sounds in the lobby and corridor. Internet connection was poor. Mostly I lost connection.

We were very pleased with our selection. Selene at the front desk helped us with bicycles to tour around the area. She spoke fluent English. That was a plus for us. Elena would daily make our beds, we loved that. The hotel is very centrally located, it has easy access to the Palace of Fine Arts and the Zocalo. The breakfast is standard and repetitive but has fruits, eggs, chilaquiles, variety of breads, juices, tea, coffee which makes a good wholesome breakfast. The rest of the staff is also very helpful.

It would be better if more of the staff would be able to communicate in English (an International language) more fluently.

Breakfast is different every morning. A strong dish and choice of fruit , yogurt , and or cereal. Pastries and coffee. Green juice and orange juice. It has a nice restaurant on a budget and a bar. Nice clean facilities and centrally located. They have bluetooth speakers built in every room with usb connections for your phone. Has an elevator and parking. Free coffee in the lobby and vending machine has beer for after hours.

Restaurant closes early and laundry service was a little high. They allow smoking at the door and it kinda stank when people smoked. Would be nice if there was a smoking area away from entrance.

The room was the perfect size, had enough space to lay out my stuff and not feel squished in with the size of the bed. The breakfast every morning wasn’t the same everyday which was very nice.

I think the location if you’re traveling alone especially as a girl may not be safest at night. If you’re going out early in the day and coming back before nightfall I think you’re okay though. I’m a 25 (f) and I felt okay leaving alone during the day but not at night.

The old man at the reception was very kind and helpful. For a hotel in Mexico city, this one exceeded my expectation: - the room is comfortable apart from little noise when crowded outside. - the parking is safe and covered. - the coffee at the reception floor is unlimited and avaiable any time thanks to a coffee machine - the access for the car is OK and not difficult: it is not in a location where traffic is huge. On the other hand, to quit the hotel and the city by car, it is OK as well. - for me, the hotel is not far from the main places of Mexico city (Zocalo...), by walk I make 20minutes approximately. - nice reception people. - and all those for an interesting price.

- staff were so friendly and accommodating - room size is perfect, enough space to do a work out even - breakfast that was included was very good - a good mix of fruit, yoghurt and more warmer dishes. there are water tanks on every level which was very convenient - the location is great and very close to the palace of fine arts, centro de historico. Its a quieter neighbourhood but walking distance to the more buzzing neighbourhoods such as Roma

- the only thing was that we had a room (110) on the main road which could be noisy during the nights (despite it being a bit more of a quieter neighbourhood)

Location perfect, clean, offers breakfast, restaurant/cafe on site. Public transport, supermarket, markets one or two blocks away. Easy walking distance to discover all the sites. Rooms generous in size, super clean, great value for a lovely hotel! Thanks Elena for keeping our room so perfect and clean! Breakfast had a nice range of food and service was excellent! Front desk happy to organise day tours. Omar English was very good and he was extremely helpful and patient with us. We stayed one week and added 3 more nights. We are returning in a few weeks for another weeks stay!

WiFi a little inconsistent. Need to have a no smoking zone outside the connecting door to carpark courtyard. Smoke smell can be very strong when waiting/relaxing in lobby.

The room was good, it even had a "living room" outside of the bedroom, and the bathroom was nice, and it had a window. The bedroom also had a window. I believe everything was great, except for noise isolation. We could hear everything the people above and next door did... Not comfortable during the evenings, but it might vary from guest to guest. The location is also not that nice... the area is full of workshops and lonely during the evenings. Don't expect to walk to/from the hotel in the evenings or after the late afternoon. For the rest, good place. Thanks.

MAybe better noise isolation, but that's difficult to fix. I guess.

Good value for money, modern, close to the Balderas metro station and the wrestling arena, trustworthy in-house taxi service, good feeling of security, 24-hour front desk, free coffee in the lobby, satisfying and healthy breakfast was included.

Coffee machine in the room is a bit pointless on a ten-day stay if we are only given coffee capsules for the day of arrival :-) The floor should have been vacuumed more often. But these are small details, we really enjoyed our stay!
