HOTEL GRAN VIA CENTRAL

Stuff is really helpful, also after check out they kept our luggage so we could enjoy lasy day in CDMX :)

The rooms are REALLY basic and walls are really thin. But you've got what you pay for.

Location is just 20 minutes walk from the downtown. Some nice cafes nearby. Hot water in the shower clean room the price is affordable. Good for short stay

The neighborhood us a bit scary at night time. There is no noise isolation in the room. There was a bad smell probably after the cleaning..

staff really pleasant not far from metro stations police always nearby so felt secure

a bit noizy at night and warm too bad they don't have loundry service, as they have a room to clean bed sheets

Overall the staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and in-particular assisting me to improve my Spanish language skills. Always willing to clean my room if it was required. The hotel was clean and tidy, safe, value for money, excellent location and close to the metro station.

Difficult to write what I dislike about the hotel apart from due to the main road it can be at times a little noisy during the day. But what do you expect when it's a central location.

The location was a ten minute walk from my priorities. I was happily surprised that a panaderia was next door and when I would take a break from my full day from 3-4 there was fresh bread rolls at the bakery.

Windows to the street rather then interior windows.

very polite staff , received at the highest level . I had a bad Wi - Fi in my room , asked to change the room , gave me 2 keys to choose rooms , as a result , the problem was eliminated very quickly . I recommend

Good value budget accommodation close to two metro stations and a short walk to the centro histórico. The receptionists and cleaning staff were very pleasant and efficient. My room was cleaned daily. Would stay again.

for the amount, you get a great place to stay! Centrally located (I felt safe in the area, also at night), friendly staff - even though they dont speak English very well and a clean, small room. Of course dont expect a luxury accomodation...

Location in the city centre, friendly and welcoming staff, warm water in the bathrooom, free usage of soap, towels and shampoo, free Wifi available and good download and upload speed

Friendly staff , place very clean, shower good pressure and hot water, bed not soft

The only thing I did Not like was that sounds of ppl / staff talking were too much to hear in the room. Sounds loud in open hollow hall.
