Roso Guest House

Excellent location- close to many restaurants and points of interest. Very comfortable bed, nice breakfast options, and the attentiveness of the staff was unmatched! The rooftop patio was very pleasant to relax for a bit.

I spent many days at the property and my only discomfort was the lack of air flow in the room. It got very stuffy but the large windows didn’t have a screen and let in mosquitos when opened. Spent several sleepless nights fighting off mosquitos. The staff was helpful in spraying the room during housekeeping but the problem persisted. It might not be a problem in a room with the AC option.

The property is a great location and a truly amazing boutique Hotel. The design and attention to detail is flawless. By far the staff made our trip truly unforgettable. We celebrated my wife’s 40th with 4 other couples. Since the hotel only has 10 rooms and we had 5 of them, it felt like we had a private hotel and terrace. The staff was accommodating immediately to every request and truly went above and beyond to make our trip special. Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel from the concierge, breakfast servers, cleaning staff and management. You could tell they all had a lot of pride in ownership and wanted to provide an amazing time. Gracias Roso Guest House.

If you are on the 3rd (american 4th) floor, you are in for some stairs. Not bad, just be prepared and if you don’t want to deal with many stairs ask for ground or 1st floor.

The location is excellent. The decor is also stunning. it was an extremely comfortable and well designed hotel, in all areas, not just our bedroom. The breakfast was also lovely. The continental was enough for us but you can order more if you’d like. The staff were so lovely and attentive.

it’s not something I don’t like, just a suggestion, have two bathrobes in the bedroom, one just doesn’t really make sense. the water runs hot and cold but that seems to just be a thing in Mexico City so I don’t think it’s your fault.

This hotel is located in one of the best areas of the city, they have a bicycle loan service which allows you to enjoy the surroundings of the neighborhood while taking a bike ride, definitely our favorite part of the trip. The continental breakfast is very fresh, varied in fruit and delicious juices, plus, it is included! The American breakfast left us speechless, the way they take care of the flavors is indescribable, having breakfast on that terrace with a coffee could not be more relaxing. The cleanliness was impeccable, every day when we returned our room was clean and with a delicious aroma. The staff of kitchen, cleaning, reception and guards are passionate about always giving an incredible service, we could not decide who did their job better, absolutely everyone was in charge of making our first visit in Mexico unforgettable and with all possible facilities, thanks to this we decided to extend our stay several more days, we were very happy.

We had a really great stay at the Roso Guest House. We had a lovely room with a comfortable bed, large shower, and a little balcony overlooking the courtyard. The place was decorated nicely and we enjoyed the nice continental breakfast on the very green roof terrace. The staff at Roso Guest House were all very kind and helpful. Roso Guest House is also located in Roma which has so many interesting places to eat and drink, and little art galleries and shops to explode. We really enjoyed having a decent amount of time to get to know the area and we felt very comfortable and relaxed at Roso Guest House.

It's a nice boutique hotel with a good location in Roma Norte - many restaurants nearby in adjacent streets, centrally located between historic city center to the North and parks / anthropologic museum to the west. Staff was super attentive. Breakfast had a tasty selection of food - choice of several fresh fruits, cereals, bread, cakes. Also, not too far off from the Mexico Arena if you'd like to experience a Lucha Libre :)

Room was very perfumed which irritated my nose and throat a bit.

this place is amazing. great location, very cute both from the inside and outside. in the amazing roma area where all nice restaurants, cool bars and amazing coffee places are. rooms are stunning, well taken care of. staff is amazing. they go above and beyond and I mean that to the full extend of the phrase. when I needed some medical attention in the middle of the night, they arranged the taxi, went with us, waited for over 2h in the hospital and brought us to the pharmacy and back to the hotel again. if you’re going to Mexico City, don’t miss this gem.

The property was beautiful, immaculate and in a perfect location on a quiet tree-lined street. The hotel staff cleaned our room everyday and even brought us water and chocolates every evening. Security guard 24/7, we felt safe even when we’d get back from a night out. They offer breakfast and I loved that they brought a steamer instead when I asked for an iron. Overall this is a great stay!

An elevator would be great as there are quite a bit of stairs, other than that no complaints.

The location was great, within walking distance from all the restaurants and bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place looks very artsy with a vintage vibe.

There is a new smoke ban law in Mexico that is making everything very difficult for smokers but other than that, our stay was wonderful. Breakfast was continental, the only minus was that we had to pay extra for any egg dish but the prices were reasonable.

My stay at Roso Guest House was great. The hotel is beautiful and located in a lovely walkable area with many restaurants and attractions nearby. I most appreciated that the staff was very attentive and available 24/7 to address any concerns/questions. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the breakfast menu needs some improvement but I didn't mind it much because I personally love having pastries for breakfast. Also, the water temperature and pressure needs a little work but nothing too bad. I would absolutely stay here again :)
