Room was a decent size and the price was excellent

Dirty laundry left on stairs and in hallway - this shouldn't be in sight

Everything went exceptionally well! It started with how friendly the staff was and then the room was huge! Lots of space and super clean and comfortable! We got room service once and the staff was amazing! Honestly I would stay there over and over!! The breakfast is totally worth the money as well!! Delicious and filled us full every morning!

The only thing that was even remotely off was that the mattress was a little uncomfortable. You could feel the springs on the bed so it made it a nit uncomfortable. Otherwise we have zero complaints!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is decent, better than most, and there is a bar. Breakfast is filling but always the same offerings. Maybe on day have a waffle bar with hot, fresh waffles and all the trimmings or something different at any rate. There is entertainment on site, a panic/secret room, where you have x amount of time to get through the puzzles and "make it out alive" called Houdini's. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with the usual, iron/ironing board, luggage rack, and hair dryer and the shower amenities were nice.

No elevators. Could use a gift shop where a guest could buy something they ran out of like toothpaste or other items like post cards, luggage locks, or snacks even. Although they did have a vending machine, it was limited on variety and empty at times. We stayed three days so, i guess they were allowed to be sold out at 9 pm.

Reception is very good and very clean throughout. The room is a good size and bed very comfortably. Bathroom and shower perfect with nice clean soft towels. There is plenty of parking next to the hotel with an overflow carpark if needed. Easy access to main arterial roads.

Bedroom doors could do with soft close mechanisms as some quests are unable to close doors gently, and this is certainly irritating when trying to sleep or relax.

Even though its around the m25 A13 garden makes it tranquil .. and it's located near a now abandoned thurrock football club .. to which I played many a game on.. showers was brilliant.. room just right size for me. Staff great.. breakfast great.. value for money..

Unfortunately outside main building work going on with a patio of some sort .. front doors not operating properly.. but nothing that spoilt my stay there.. I know that's not the norm ..

The service was amazing I don’t temper the girls name on reception (brown hair blonde streak) but she was so polite and helpful thank you and thank you to Zoe and Kirsty for being amazing and thank you Wendy for the wonderful breakfast it was by far the best breakfast hands down also Richard is a amazing night manager he is always there to help anytime of the night he’s always available to help so thank you Richard.

Nothing I had an amazing time because of the staff and the location of the hotel.

The staff need huge praise. On my first night of a four night stay, my room suffered water damage when some fool in the room above, decided to shower & not tuck the shower curtain inside the bath rim! The staff immediately arranged for a room exchange &, as a means of compensation, upgraded the room, as well. It was a junior suite/large family room, recently fully refurbished! To say I was delighted was an understatement! In truth, they have always looked after me but this was above & beyond, & deserves praise & recognition.

We had a great night sleep, great mattress. We wake up very refreshed the following day. My partner and I travel a lot we are use to 4 to 5 stars hotel. I tell you what for a 3 star, this hotel was very good. We had an executive suite so our room was very spacious. The shower was amazing just what you need after a long day or night sleep…👌🏾

No lift and the hotel street sign need lighting.

The staff are amazing. Leanne especially is brilliant. She went out of her way to help us and look after us. The night Porter (I didn’t get his name) was also lovely, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! And again the gentlemen serving breakfast was lovely too. The shower was also amazing, I didn’t want to get out!

The room we had at first wasn’t great. There was an electrical issue and confetti under the beds - however - this was resolved immediately by Leanne who showed us a few rooms to choose from and was so helpful and kind. The new room was lovely, clean and comfy.

How welcoming and amazing the staff where. It was nice to meet such a lovely bunch of people and all very down to earth and funny it made my business trip a pleasure and I've already booked the same hotel for a few weeks time.also like to give a special mention to kirsty,Jo and Donna real assets to the business. The food was also fresh and tasty

I honestly can't find anything negative to say
