Good price for the accommodation, breakfast was nice, room was spacious, shower excellent, staff very nice, car parking easy and no charge for it providing you register the car

We had to pay £100 deposit and £15 for every night for the dog. All other hotel groups usually charge around £15-20 in full regardless of how long you stay. If you forget to put the make my room up rather than do not disturb on the door then your room isn't made up. we got used to the beds, which were adequate, but they are not as comfy as brands like Travelodge and Premier Inn

I had the best stay and most amazing weekend I met two of the most kindest caring girls ever !! And the manager omg!! The most caring giving man I have had the privilege of meeting and having such a wonderful time in company with ! He went way wayyyy above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable n really put himself out to be so kind hearted to my son who's 4, with letting him draw on the chalk board playing and making him laugh when he was a little upset with he's allergies and letting him use the colouring stuff even printed out some Spiderman pictures for him !! The guy is absolutely amazinggg!!! Love love love him what an absolute asset , room was also perfect for the price budget friendly ideal comfort ! Front desk staff also lovely bubbly ladies always smiling an so helpful! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay can't wait to come again highly recommend!

I have had issues with this hotel on my previous 2 visits. So it was great that none of these recurred. The room is not the most comfortable, but it is OK. The single use plastic cups have been replaced with china cups. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great for work. The breakfast is back following COVID. Nice cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurt, toast. Superb value at half the price of nearby hotels.

A bit run down. Bed a bit soft. Wifi slow to load, but fine once you are logged in.

The saying 'you get what you pay for' is how we mentally prepared to stay at this hotel after reading the reviews. However, for a budget hotel, we could NOT fault it. Our little two year old was sick in the car on the way to the hotel and upon check in, the staff happily offered to wash and dry her favourite blanket so we could take it to central London with us the following day, and left it by our door for when we woke up. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and the beds were super comfy and we all had a comfortable 2 nights sleep. We stayed in room 216 which slept 3 adults and a toddler without it feeling crowded or compact. Breakfast was an additional £9.50 for cooked with continental, which would have been lovely if we had managed to make it down with more than just 15 minutes to spare (our own fault). All in all, it is a lovely hotel, the nearest train station is a 10 minute walk to get to central and/or Dartford, and there is a Costa coffee and ASDA down the road too. We would definitely be booking again!!

For the price, there is nothing we can complain or have a general good old British moan over. FYI there are no lifts to the upper floors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have 2 big dogs so needed a family room which was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the Bar/Restaurant manager Jamie, was very friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble the food was excellent, a small menu but with something for everyone and perfectly cooked and well presented. This is not a 5* hotel and you are not paying 5* prices but I think it is great value for money. The beds were beautifully made, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We will definitely be booking there again.

Restful and friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay. Wi-Fi had good connection.

Hotel seemed a little rundown. Beds were in poor condition and had to move room as window impossible to close hence possibility of break in. (Reason for moving rooms. Told now fixed). USB ports in bedrooms would be nice. Restaurant had shortages of items.

I didn't have time for breakfast but both myself and my son had a great night sleep which caused us to be in a very upbeat mood in the morning. The room was clean and fresh, there was plenty of coffee and tea in the room as well as a wardrobe to hand clothes, a hair dryer (the hairdryer was in the main room with its own mirror, very handy if there is more than one of you trying to get ready in the morning).

The contactless card entry into the building were the rooms are was a little temperamental.

it terms of facilities and and staff fantastic but I think all hotels are over priced at the moment especially during these difficult times and even though it was the most reasonably priced hotel I think £25 a night for 1-6 days is probably about the right price and £20 a night for 7-27 days and £15-£18 for 28 days plus and then I should imagine the occupancy rate would increase. overall pleased with the hotel as I have been staying there for stays for over a decade now.

comfy, relaxed, clean, Jamie on the bar was a star and made us feel very welcome. great location - Asda very near, and the hotel is situated next a lovely lake. highly recommend for people going to brands hatch or blue water

the hotel is tired and would benefit greatly from a revamp. but it is only 2 star and, for the price, can’t grumble. reception are more than happy to help with anything my only gripe was the noisy car racing in the middle of the night. something should be done before there’s an accident!

Very easy to find, in a good location to where we were going. Breakfasts are excellent and tasty. Staff very helpfull and friendly. Good parking. We used to use another hotel nearby but like this one much better.

Our room wss comfortable the only thing wrong was our bath plug wouldn't stay in. Hand towel would of beenhandy.
