The personal is really friendly even if they don't seem to speak english. When we had problems to find the room that was supposed to be somewhere outside in some dark and dirty corner, they immediately changed us the room without even listening to the problem. The new room was dirty and full of mud.

I give it 5 stars as a joke, because it was an experience that i will tell my grandchildren and after being there i never complain about some uncomfortable place again

Property was clean and tidy, as well as the rooms being nice and warm on the night time. Location is nice and local to a variety of things to do including local shops and restaurants. Staff were lovely and polite ensuring we had everything we needed, and our stay was okay, even wishing my mother a happy birthday upon arrival, as well as this the staff also allowed up to leave our luggage the day of checkout so that we was able to continue our day out without taking luggage.

Liked everything about the hotel, but could do with an option to add Tea and Coffee station to room for extra cost?

the room is basic and needs a bit of updating but is perfectly nice, I was pleasantly surprised to find it has a huge sash window and even a balcony. For the price per night in that area I highly recommend if you are on a budget

No glasses or tea making equipment in the room. bathroom was a fair way away, but there is a sink in the bedroom.i recommend this place, do not be fooled by the bad reviews because if they upgraded it then you would pay twice the price at least.

Great location, also for tube lines (Holborn station). Walking distance to British Museum, Covent Garden, Theatre district - Soho. Food markets nearby. The room 21 was just perfect value for money. Instead of using in-room bathroom we used sharing bathroom which was clean and spacious. We were pleasant surprised, because WI-Fi was available free of charge. For such price you cannot expect Hilton, so you get what you pay for.

It could be more shelves in the room or small table.

Location was perfect. Major tube stations nearby but also within a decent walking distance from Kings Cross Station and the West End. Facilities were very basic, but in line with expectations for price. I have previously stayed in this hotel for a similar short stay and would definitely do so again.

The room was extremely warm. Not the fault of the hotel as stay was in the middle of a heatwave but the heat in the room was quite stifling and no aircon etc.

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly, the room was basic (as you would expect for then price) but was warm and clean.

I guess some.people may want more, for example there is no kettle and rooms and beds basic, no lift. However, I always stay here as there are great cafes, transportation links and late night restaurants, best value for money I have found in central London.

Great location, its beside the British Museum and numerous bus stops. Reception is open 24hrs, the sink in the room is very useful. The shower has a good temperature range and water pressure.

Floors are dirty, not terribly, but bring flipflops. Walls are very thin between the rooms, bring earbuds.

One of the beds was really squeaky, and there was very little sound insulation between rooms. When the gusts in the room next door got back at 4am they woke us up, moving around the room and talking.

Very comfortable bed. Decent sized room for a solo traveller. Excellent location. Quick check-in. Excellent value for money. Very good budget hotel experience.

Cold tap in the room's bathroom sink was not working. I was on a very short stay so did not raise it with the staff, may have been fixed had I raised it.

It was very close to the city center, in a great area so we felt safe however our room faced the street and we could here lots of noises. The staff was kind to us and the general atmosphere was good but the common spaces were not always clean enough. Overall it has been a great experience and we suggest the hotel.
