Drury Inn & Suites Houston Galleria

The hotel staff was amazing and nice. Friendly, professional and helpful. Marian was the Best!The room we had was clean and fresh. The location is perfect. Parking was free. The happy hour was so cool and worth attending. Free reasonable size drinks (3). Last but not least, free breakfast self serve with a variety of choices.

I wish that the popcorn and drink machine was available all day for customers as part of the stay.

Words can’t explain how I feel about my stay here! I want to first say thank you Rudy for giving me and my friends the best best experience. He was so kind and knew most of his guest by last name. Anything we needed that he could help us with he did just that. Very kind and hard worker. Me and my friends give the whole experience a 10/10 most of all we felt safe and appreciate. Thanks again Rudy for being so kind to us! Oh yeah very clean and we will be visiting again when we are in town.

I would definitely stay here again! The Drury Inn is in a great location, and close to freeway access. I chose this hotel partly because of the free parking and included breakfasts. We enjoyed the hot breakfasts (although the coffee could be improved) and the evening "kick-back" from 5:30pm-7:00pm, where a variety of food and beer/wine (up to 3 each per evening) are all included in your stay. We went to the evening thing one time, but we didn't even need to eat elsewhere afterwards! Our room was very comfortable, and clean, and the hotel gave me a floor fan to use during our stay. The hotel staff were ALL very pleasant, and especially Asche at the front desk. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool several times during our stay as well. So nice! Thank you!

The coffee at breakfast, but there is a Starbucks nearby to solve that issue. :)

The location is super convenient to get to pretty much anywhere around Houston. The indoor/outdoor pool was amazing and a complete lifesaver after walking around all day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating- they even gave us a room that was far away from families with children so that it was nice and quiet. The shower water was especially hot/warm right out of the tap. Breakfast waffles were great- and the 5:30-7pm weekday "kickback" is a great addition to welcome guests in.

The water pressure was alright, and we could have used more small soaps during our stay, but otherwise everything was great!

Embassy serves the best complimentary breakfast around by far. I am very picky about my rooms at hotels, and I’ve never been disappointed when I come here. Clean rooms, free parking, excellent location, and great customer service!

The view could have been much better rather than overlooking a parking garage. The bed is also a bit uncomfortable.

Very clean, with great staff. Very nice people. They care about their service! The happy hour was scarce in quality. Breakfast was amazingly good, though.

Needs better food for the 5:30 buffet. The hotel is in need of updates, and renovations. It shows its age. The location near the Galleria is OK but not truly urban.

The staff were lovely, from the managers to the breakfast folks. The evening meals were unexpected, but most welcome. The rooms were clean and comfy.

The AC was extremely loud, making it hard to even hear the TV but we had no other option with 104 degree heat. The meals were great, I would just suggest more varieties of milk (oat, almond) for the ever increasing population of non dairy consumers.

we loved the breakfast, and the free kickback with 3 free drinks. we loved how they provided a pack n play, but please call about it bc they’re limited on them. cleaning staff was excellent and the front desk helped me look for my husband while my kids were in the car haha that was a funny thing that happened. 10/10!!!!!!

we only wish the rooms were bigger, but we weren’t tripping over ourselves it was great for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 littles)

Free parking and everything is accessible with the room key. Free breakfast and 24/7 coffee ❤️ Staff is exceptional. I’ve never met anyone friendlier in any of the inns I eve stayed. I was very exhausted from my trip and they helped with everything I asked. Just loved it and will come back again, when in Houston.

We really enjoyed that breakfast, dinner & drinks were included! All of which were delicious! The pool was a hit for the kid and the beds were quite comfortable! Very close to where we need to go watch the Astros game.

We're always on a budget so it could be a bit cheaper but we got a great deal on our one night stay!
