*Fast check in and out *Good breakfast *Good parking spots *The house keeping staff was very friendly when we ask for clean towels and tissue paper *The person who's in charge of the breakfast room was very friendly and answered all our questions

*Room smells like humidity all the time *The double doors in the bathroom was hard to open and close and don't have door knob to lock, also the doors squeak a lot *We need a refrigerator and no refrigerator on site

I Liked the Hotel very much. It was kept well managed and clean.

The breakfast bar was very skimpy. Get another waffle maker to help move along the breakfast. Didn't like that they had no sugar for coffee. And I don't like sweet n low. So I had to go back to my room for the coffee there. I will say the coffee in the room was more enjoyable. Try other breakfast treats like donuts, yogurt, granola and other pastries like Danish or croissants, cookies, Biscuits, English muffins. Add a few apples. Same breakfast everyday was not appealing. Have to admit, I love when a hotel offers a variety of breakfast items. Plus the breakfast was for 2 hours only. I went 10 minutes after 9am on a weekday and everything was already put away.

The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed everything offered. Breakfast sausages and waffles was my favorite.

I didn’t like the smell in the rooms. I would suggest having like air wick air freshener or something different that would make the room smell good.

Great location for the Galleria - 5 mins in the car. Breakfast was good and the swimming pool was really nice and quiet (schools had gone back). Large room and good facilities so very happy with my choice.

There's nothing close to the hotel in term of restaurants or shops. We used a gas station for snacks and beer but took the car. Not really an issue but it would have been nice to have a choice of restaurants closer to the hotel.

I think Lisa is the best, she really was suoer nice and made my day, I got super early and I was tired and she hooked me uo with some food and told me she would help me out and did, I liked my stay in general but Lisa made it the best experience in Houston, thank you Lisa and I really hope you get a raiae, people like you are the reason you get customers back and become loyal customers

it is big, with a lot of parking space and several ways to enter the building.

That there were a couple of closed entryways. it’d be easier to be able to move through different ins and outs. all of the other entrances were closed but the main entry. also, one entrance to the parking lot had a barricade so we had to drive through the entire parking to get to

The location of the hotel is not far from the German Consulate. The Galeria is close too. Ikea not far away either. The staff was super friendly, even informed me about a food delivery service. If you forgot to pack your tooth paste, don't worry, there is a tiny shop where you can buy certain personal items as well as some snacks. My room was amazing and huge compared to other previous hotels but still affordable, even had a little desk in my room, which was helpful to organize some important papers for the next day. The staff even helped me out with certain office tools to re-organize my business file, which I really did appreciated. The bed was so comfortable and soft, after a long trip I fell asleep fast and woke up refreshed. I really loved my stay at this hotel, location, clean and friendly. Will definitely come back again!

The breakfast could have been a bit more to choose from. But it does get you started into the day.

Great location. Quiet in the room, had a good night's sleep. The hotel is not new but clean and comfortable. Good ventilation. free parking and 24 hour front desk, very convenient. Very friendly staff, I arrived at night and was warmly welcomed.

Electrics and plumbing are not new, I would like to wish the hotel to update them as soon as possible. Breakfast can hardly be called even symbolic, but I hope that this is only due to covid restrictions, and will improve as soon as the opportunity returns.

Ac in the room was super cold and the bed was so comfy. Front desk wifi was down at the time of check in and I was still able to get my room. I did not try the breakfast or the pool but I had the best nap.

I don’t have any complaints only that when I called to ask the info on the pool no one picked up the phone that afternoon. I only called twice. I’m sure the staff was busy so I left it alone I could of walked out and saw the sign.

Lisa at the front desk helped make out stay even better!! We loved the warm pool and it was large enough for multiple people. Beds were a little smaller than expected but very comfortable. Spacious rooms. Need more outlets by the nightstand.
