The Chifley Houston, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Staff went the "extra mile," and made sure my laundry was done...on a Sunday! Room was spacious and the view was incredible! I could see the entire Houston Skyline from the eight floor! Barkeep was excellent as were the conversations with other patrons. Hot showers with lots of pressure felt amazing. Jacuzzi was hot and felt good even in the Winter. I am totally coming back to this hotel next time I am in Houston!

I am being picky here but the pillows could have been softer.

The hotel is lovely, well located, comfortable room, spacious bathroom. Excellent customer service; the hotel staff is attentive and very friendly. I will stay again at the Sheraton in Houston when I get back to the city.

The only negative point is the restaurant, terrible breakfast. I don't know if it's because of COVID restrictions, but I don't recommend it. I was expecting a better breakfast with healthy and fresh menu options.

The front desk staff where very friendly and professional. The bedroom was very nice and comfortable.

We had a leak in the bathroom coming from the ceiling. When the maintance came to look at it he was very unprofessional. I was having an argument with my friend in the living room and he came out of the bathroom to give us a lecture about our language. I reminded him that we were in the privacy of our own room. He said there were children and families on the hotel. We were on the 15th floor and the only guest on the floor. After he left we laughed and about his manner and he came back and knocked on our door that we were too loud.

The room was fantastic, location near The Galleria was brilliant, staff was very nice and made us feel very welcome, I would definitely come back to this hotel next time

Mercedes was a little rude at front desk, didn’t like when she said it was a money issue when we was just confirming what I was paying for. but other than that front desk was amazing.

Everything went smooth from checking in to my whole stay there. Everyone made me feel so comfortable with whole stay.

I love everything about my stay. Nothing bad I would have to say about it.

Good rooms. No noise as I wanted. Great front desk personnel. Michael was very kind, helpful. Without a doubt, i will stay there again

People not wearing masks in common areas. Coughing in front of other guests. But it’s not hotel’s fault. It’s lack of guests behavior.

Everything went well nobody bothered us in a bad manner as far as staff or outside surroundings. And me and my family had a great night and slept very comfortable at a decent rate and location

The location was great but the Bar Victor did not meet the status of the rest of the staff I was very disappointed

Victor was suppose to apologize he didn't not and had no intention of it even when his boss and gm told him to do so he makes the other good staff look bad
