Location location!!! So convenient! The parking wasnt too bad either, good price compared with other hotels. Roof top pool and spa area was a real bonus on sunset and with small child. Room was easy to find and lifts arrived quickly. Checkin wasnt too bad and could park out front before accessing hotel car park. Lots of storage space in the room and beds were very comfortable for the 2 nights.

The car park was a little tight, but not for an experienced driver. The room was a little tired but adequate and good for the price. The kitchenette easy to use. Shower was a little awkward and not draining properly and the taps a bit hard to use. The main thing we didnt like was the pool access as we had to take the child stroller back to the room and carry the child up 2 flights of stairs to the sauna area and then 2 more flights to the pool. Absolutely buggered by the time you would get up there. Windows needed a clean, but was scheduled for the near future.

The location is fantastic. Right next to hyde park and next to a bunch of takeaway/restaurants. There are also two supermarkets within 2 - 5 min walk from the accommodation. The aircon worked well throughout our whole stay and the room itself was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable as well. The pool and spa were also great to use with a lovely view of Sydney below.

There were a few broken items and worn amenities. Both the bathroom and kitchen taps needed work (kitchen tap was very wobbly). The room itself needed maintenance, but a lot were minor things. The odd wobbly table on the balcony and kitchen/bathroom renovations would do the place good. Also, the room was very noisy throughout all times of the day and night. This would be fixed if they double glazed the windows.

Room was on the 15th Floor with a lovely terrace and a magnificent view of the Sydney skyline and Hyde Park. Location was walking distance to everything, buses, trains etc. Marko’s Thaï restaurant was amazing! Best Thaï food and the staff were very friendly. Had dinner there almost every night and every dish was delicious 😋 Would recommend the apartment for long stay as it had everything you need plus the view 🤩

There was some problems with the hot water some days and the plumbing must be old as it was very noisy. Doors are not sound proof so you can hear noisy people in the hallway especially at night.

The location is great. Most of the things worth seeing in Sydney are within walking distance of the hotel. The room was very clean. We requested a room on a high floor, with balcony, overlooking Hyde Park and they were able to give us the room on the top floor. Unfortunately, the room itself was smaller than other rooms in the same category that didn’t have balcony, but the lady at reception kindly offered us a different room that was larger (but didn’t have balcony). We preferred the one with the balcony, which we would’ve enjoyed very much had the weather been better during our stay.

Its location was great - central to the CBD Check in was swift and easy and the room we had overlooked Hyde Park which was nice at night time and also during the day. There were shops close by for general items and Uber Eats were also swift to the accommodation.

The apartment was run down from the picture I was sold off - the floor was uneven in places making it awkward to walk around the kitchen area We got locked out from the Laundry area and ended up between a fire door and fire exit where we had to call reception to come rescue us. Otherwise that’s about it.

The location was fantastic, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. There was everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was also nice to have the balcony equipped with table and chairs. The bathroom was very clean as was the shower curtain (in particular). The fact we were able to use the gym and sauna etc was also a bonus.

Although the bathroom was clean it could probably use a little updating or renovation. Sometimes you needed to flush the toilet two or three times and the mirror probably needs replacing. It also seemed like the mould in the grouting in the shower/bath area had been painted over rather than removed. I have a mould allergy so this was a little worrying. We didn't realise there was a gym and sauna available until we asked if there were any sauna places in the area.

Staff friendly, perfect location - I would say it's in the center of Sydney so it would perfectly fit for someone going to travel like me. The room was wide, it's like a small house with 1 large bed, 1 small bed and a big living room. Everything was so clean and new. You even have a kitchen with all facilities in your room. Also big and nice mirror to take photo of your outfit in your room!! They also gave me the opportunity to leave my luggage before check-in time.

The bath towel won't be changed unless you ask for it. The toilet was a little bit small compare to the room and as I remembered, they didn't have floor mat in the toilet, so it didn't bring that much comfortable to me.

My room, the executive room was very comfortable. I was there for just 2 nights and finally I made more than 2 weeks. I had a small kitchen with all that I need. I had a sight on the world tower, the Hyde park amazing! It's in the center and near museum station, the cathedral and buses station to go to Bondi Beach, and coogee Beach. Great choice of restaurants, shopping center and places to visit like Sydney eye tower. I really appreciated the receptionist who helps me each time I needed and was very nice, reactive with a smile and a answer to each question even if she had no solution.

Location. Comfy bed. Size of room. Pool/spa and gym facilities (spa out of order). Staff friendly. Thai restaurant downstairs-food delicious!

Shower needs updating-hard to get temp right-old fixings and not much power. Stood in a very slippy old bath. Air con super noisy (either too hot or too cold) however drowns out noisy passers by in the corridor and noise from traffic. Curtains didn't fit properly so light drowned room too early. Could do with a box to put towel/clothes in beside pool beds so they don't blow away. Kettle faulty-had to hold down the button.

Excellent location on the corner of Hyde Park lots of great bars and restaurants Room was comfortable clean and tidy Staff were very helpfully and friendly made me feel listened to when I arrived after a trying journey

Nothing terrible to say hallways weren't great look and fell with patchy paint on walls and doors I was woken up by house keeping even though i had Do Not Disturb sign on my door handle and the information provided said daily housekeeping was not provided unless requested so bit of mixed messages so wasn't sure if I was going to have someone walk into my room
