Breakfast was good and baby playing area in outdoor pool

Charges for the baby playing inside the hotel's. If we stay for long day it is free. For 2 night stays we need to pay.

The location of Wyndham Doha West Bay is superb. The Gate Mall is just across the street as well as another big shopping mall next to DECC is a 10min walk away. In both malls you have shops, food stalls and supermarkets to get you the most important stuff. DECC Metro Station is 5min walk away and is the best option to access most important locations of Doha. I took a Karwa taxi from Hamad International Airport to the Hotel and vice versa. Costs for arrival was 60 QAR and for departure 40 QAR. This is due to the higher “starting” fare when taking a taxi at the airport to Doha. Hotel room and the bathroom (with bathtub & shower) are very specious and well air-conditioned. Every day you get 4 bottles of free water which is nice, a minibar as well as kettle with coffee/tea is provided in the room. Check-In and Check-Out was efficient, and the hotel staff was very friendly the few times I requested something.

The bed mattress and pillows were a little bit too soft for my personal feeling. Nevertheless, I slept very well.

you should pay for the kids box for short stay but I talk with the manager and they give to me for free. the stuff is very polite and professional. my apartment was very clean. they responds immediately for any thing. swimming pool was amazing. don't miss the breakfast it was delicious. the view was amazing.

actually they needs to fix the curtains in rooms even the finishing was not that much they should work on that. we mention them that we needs connected rooms but when we arrived they told us no connected rooms available so we upgrade it for two room apartment with little extra charge.

I liked the room, was spacious, clean and quite. The breakfast at the Cube restaurant was very good, with good range of varieties, however to set a big table for a big family was a bit noisy. the pool and the spa were excellent.

I had bad experience in the booking, when I reserved the room through booking.com, I paid the amount for 6 persons, and I was expecting to get the breakfast for 6, however, sadly, I was told it is for 2 and I was pushed to pay for the other 4. In spite my extended communication with booking.com and the hotel supervisor, but I failed to get what I feel my right.

The guest service was nice and helpful, the suite was very nice and clean, the breakfast staff were amazing they offered to cook food that was not on the breakfast menu for my kids, and the food quality was really good, the pool was my favourite facility and it felt really safe with the perfect depth for children's safety. I recommend this place and would definitely come again to enjoy with my family.

there was no heigh/bar chairs at the kitchen table which is a little bet weird but fine

my daughter lost her bunny, it was probably taken with the beddings after the room service and the response wasn’t positive from the hotel staff about it…..they never responded and we had to continually check on it….we got the casual response on the last day that they didn’t find it and the staff didn’t speak to my daughter properly about it.

Good-sized well-maintained room with spacious bath & shower facilities. Choices for breakfast excellent with freshly cooked hot food, if wanted. Appreciated little room extras such as free bottled water, coffee/tea, dressing gown/slippers etc. Good-sized swimming pool and other facilities e.g. gym too. Highly recommend this hotel.

Main entrance is a bit of a permanent traffic jam zone - just too small for many cars/taxis that have to use it. Bit hazardous for those of us on foot!

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast exceptional and the pool nice to use. We requested a packed breakfast for the morning on which we left, and we were each provided with a large bag containing more than enough food and drinks. At the pool there were enough loungers and towels, the water was clean and the pool was big enough for me to get my swimming exercise. Most of the staff members were friendly and helpful.

The servicing or making up of the rooms can be of a better standard. Several times during our stay we had to ask for items like coffee, sugar or milk that should have been replaced. On a positive note, every time we requested this to be corrected, the necessary items were quickly delivered to our room.

nice room with a big window to the floor along the whole room. Nice large outside pool and an indoor pool. Pool was open until 10 but could stay even after midnight. Nice breakfast buffet. Nice and helpful hotel stuff. Also the offered valet parking was perfect. Beside of this it is at a great location. 2 Shopping malls only some meters away. As well the sea was close.

Position of hotel is really good, in the centre of the city. Comfortable rooms, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast with various foods. Really nice indoor swimming pool. Igor at the reception was very kind and professional.

The pillows are too soft. You should have option with anatomic pillow for those who have neck problems.
