the hotel is gorgeous and very luxurious. the rooms were comfortable and the rain shower was just what we needed after a long day of travel. I’m general the staff was very helpful and friendly.

the only negative experience we had was at the restaurant. breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am. when we got to the restaurant at 9:30, the person who greeted us was frustrated that we were there so late made us fell rushed and uncomfortable.

We only stayed one night at the end of our trip and didn't use the facilities. We had a standard king which was a nice, modern and clean room with a city view. Kids had a twin suite which was lovely and had a washer dryer which was a bonus. There are lots of places to eat in the area and the station is very close by. We appreciated the noon check out.

We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the place. There is a sign but it's not very big and the actual reception is on the 22nd floor so it's not immediately obvious you are at a hotel.

We recently enjoyed a family vacation at this remarkable five-star hotel in Tokyo, and the experience was truly memorable. The room we occupied on the 25th floor was impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a nice view of the cityscape. Service at this hotel is top-notch, with the staff showcasing exceptional professionalism and dedication to their work. We faced a couple of issues with our room during our stay, but the staff was prompt and highly efficient in their response. Not only did they resolve our concerns swiftly, they also offered us additional benefits as a gesture of goodwill. Their eagerness to ensure a seamless stay for us was sincerely appreciated. To top it all off, the breakfast spread every morning was delightful, adding to the perfect start of our day. A wide array of dishes were available that catered to our diverse palate, making every breakfast an exciting experience. All in all, this hotel checks all the boxes for an ideal family stay. The combination of excellent room conditions, a stunning view, superior customer service and delicious food has left a lasting impression. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tokyo!

Everything was perfect, the size, location, the comfort and cleanliness of the room

I did mention a few times that the filter needs to be cleaned for the washing machine but it never got done. Didn't hamper the usage of the washing machine so it was fine. Another garbage can for food would have been good as well so it does not stink up the kitchen.

Everything was great. Rooms where nice and really big, clean, nice view, good breakfast, it's next to emperor, it has easy commute to many parts of Tokyo and you can even walk to the hotel right from the subway if the weather is not nice. It's located almost in the center, with several minutes walk to Emperor's Gardens and Palace, surrounded by modern skyscrapers. Skyscrapers is where you stay and what you see in the windows, so if the lights of the city in the night take your breath away - that's a good place to taste modern Tokyo. It isn't a tourist and/or shopping area though, so don't expect huge crowds in the nights and restaurants serving too late, but you are the crossroads between many great areas so it's good as a 'hub' location.

The first time we've used washing machine our laundry smelled a bit strange. As if machine wasn't used for quite a while or may be needed maintenance.

The price was amazing the size of the room was spectacular, very clean. Add an extra 7 mins to all of your site seeing because of the location but we’ll worth it for the room. Breakfast was more than fine, gym was very nice. coffee was great and offered 24 hrs. We usually stay at 4 seasons this met my expectation. Right next door to the Aman hotel. Also the hotel has an entrance directly from the metro. Finally we are traveling for a month so it was nice to have a washing machine. Would DEFINITELY stay again.

Food service was only offered at certain times but Uber eats is Easy to order

Excellent location for Imperial Palace and offices around Tokyo Station. Relatively easy to get to by metro from Hanada (about 40 minutes, with one change). Immaculate cleanliness, service and views. The deluxe room was the largest I have ever had in Japan; more than adequate size for a business traveller with well-equipped, modern kitchen, separate living area and top of the range shower/bathroom.

Staff service here was amazing and they went above and beyond to make my family at home. The guest services booked all our restaurants (some which were even very difficult to book) in advance based on the list of restaurants I provided and was constantly updating me weeks before I even had checked in. They also prepared all the additional equipment we needed for our baby - crib and baby seat at no extra cost. The staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful about Tokyo and provided key information on airport transfers, subway information and commuting options. The room is really nice and the bed is super luxurious to sleep on, felt like sleeping on a cloud. The view of our hotel room could also see the Tokyo tower which was amazing. There was a door separating the bedroom and the living room/kitchen so my young child could sleep early while my wife and I could still move around doing things which is key for families. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus as well as we did not have to leave. Overall very satisfied with the stay but also aware that it was a premium price paid.

Hotel is a bit corporate as it is in the business district so it did not have a very homely vibe and did not make me feel like I was staying in Tokyo but just another corporate hotel. Location wise is also a bit further from main attractions and even food places were not easily accessible nearby

absolutely stunning accommodation. clean, beautifully furnished and finished and very pleasant staff. a little tricky to find initially as it’s a very small entrance to the apartments in a huge office building. right on top of Otemachi station so very handy for Tokyo metro and getting around. in the middle of the business district so quiet at night but there is a nice Singaporean restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner. incredible views over the imperial palace and to Mount Fuji beyond. highly recommend

I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels…Ascott Marunouchi is one of the best. Amazing!! Beautifully designed. Sensational staff. Plus the subway is attached which makes travel around Tokyo so easy. Also great gym and pool. HIGHLY recommend!!
