The staff was friendly and helpful. Room is small but cozy. They have a study desk and a small round coffee table in the room so we have proper table to eat our takeaways. The bathtub is very good size and the kids love it. The toilet area and the bath area were separated by a glass door, so the toilet area is always kept dry. They provided a microwave oven at level 1 which is good when you need to heat up food. The location is good and near to train stations which is very convenient. Near to the Ginza shopping area. Lots of nice food around.

They do not have connecting rooms. So we have to hold 2 cards all the time to go to the kids' room. Facilities are limited. No swimming pool and gym. Ice is only available on level 1 and 13. Room is really small and if you have 2 big luggages, it is a struggle to even have space to open them.

We booked this location as it's near to the Higashi-Ginza station, which made it easy for us to get to the airport for our flight. However, do take note of which exit to take (ask the staff and they will show you a map) as the underground is a maze! It's much easier to get to the station from street level and take the correct lift. Rooms were bright, clean and comfortable. We had a corner room on a high floor which was quiet and sufficiently spacious by Tokyo standards. Plenty of food options around, with multiple convenience stores just downstairs of the hotel.

It's a bit of a walk to the main Ginza area, but you would already know that if you're looking at the map listing.

It was in a great location. Close to the station as well. The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable.

I checked out of this hotel and then came back a week later. When i came back, i was attacked by bed bugs. I don't think they changed the sheets despite them being very clean so far. But it was only the first night. I wasn't bitten any other night.

Good location in Ginza. 2 minute walk from metro, Ginza area and a family mart on the corner. 5 minute taxi journey from Tokyo station (15 if you wanted to walk). Nice hotel, decor was slightly dated in the rooms however they were big!! We have stayed in a few rooms in Tokyo and this was a normal sized hotel room like back in the UK, a lovely surprise. Staff were polite and helpful. Facilities were very good, toiletries were available to be used whenever needed at the bottom of the elevator. Amazing value for the price we paid.

Nothing. Decor was dated however this is personal preference so cannot be marked down for this.

I liked the breakfast and a touch of art in little details in this hotel. The location is just great for me when exploring Ginza. Little bonsai in a small lobby by the entrance has cached my heart. I also liked the cleansing foam and gel. The room was small, but nice and cozy My stay was comfortable and I would like to come to stay again.

I did not notice anything, besides for a bit incapacious recieption lobby, but it is something you can`t change.

Great location, helpful staff that speak good English, we’ve got a corner room and a pretty street view.

The room was a bit crammed, it was hard to move around with two luggages. The bathroom fan didn’t work at all so after a shower everything was wet in the room.

Excellent location, a two minute walk to the heart of Ginza. Also close to key train stations, including walking distance to Shinkansen.

We had a mix of three room types - single, double and twin. Double and single rooms were small by Australian standards (one side of the bed was against the wall), but they were probably large compared with many other hotels in central Tokyo.

This was our first hotel upon our arrival, and has served as a conveniently located hotel for Ginza area. It was clean, accessible through Metro line, and not far off from Tokyo station by cab.

Nothing really - it was a bit small and didn't have much space for us to unpack our suitcases, but being in Tokyo I think that is expected so it didn't actually bothering us too much for such a short stay.

The hotel is a two minute walk to both Mitsukoshi and Matsuya. Very convenient. Yet, it’s on a quiet street which is great. There are four subway lines within a few minutes walk. The layout of the room is very comfortable. The staff are very attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
