The room was comfortable and well designed. The hotel was close to the free tram into the Haute Ville, city centre. A good shopping centre is close by. Car parking was free.

The hotel is very hard to find, hidden behind other buildings - and the signage to the hotel was misleading. The food in the hotel Italian restaurant was very ordinary. The layout of the hotel (rooms set around a large atrium) means it can be very noisy, but the rooms have sliding doors which effectively soundproof them. .

Very beautiful, super-stylish hotel. Excellent location close to MUDAM and just two minutes walk from the free city tram stop, 12 minutes to get to historical center. Large very comfortable and well thought of and well equipped room. Fast internet. Extremely professional and attentive staff - Maxim, Thomas, Sophia are just few of those who helped to make our stay unforgettable. absolutely magical setting for New Year’s Gala dinner - food, music, decorations, everything was fantastic. Highly recommended.

The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and functional, with ample storage space and high quality tech; extra points for both a shower cabin and a bathtub in the huge bathroom. The bed was an absolute dream to sleep in. The hotel is an ideal base for sightseeing the city as it’s located right next to a tram station; the tram is free, runs every 5 minutes and takes you to the historical center in 10 minutes flat. The staff were super nice and helpful at all times, both at the reception desk and at the Radici restaurant.

I’m racking my brains but honestly can’t think of a single thing that was out of place - every detail was executed to perfection.

Close to free tram. They were very helpful and gave us an early check in. The best ever beds....has a goose feather top and apparently you can buy it online. Lying in bed you fall into a soft bed that enfolds your body and you sleep like a baby 👶 the Christmas decorations in the foyer are also beautiful!!

This hotel never disappoints. It’s classy, elegant, comfortable, conveniently located, stuff is very attentive and kind. I was upgraded to a suite, big thanks for that! The room was superb and had fantastic amenities. Just a perfect stay! 100% recommend to anyone

We were on honeymoon from Australia, Sofitel Europe surprised us with an upgrade to a suit, free parking and a beautifully decorated suit with rose petals from bath to bedroom.The staff are very polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, healthy and top of range produce. Location is perfect for tourists.Love it all. We will definitely comeback and would highly recommend to all. The hotel staff esp. Andrea (hotel reception)is so kind and very accommodating to us as well as the hotel restaurant staff who surprised me with birthday cake greetings.The location is excellent and very accessible to the supermarket, malls, tram station and restaurants. The room that we stayed is huge, super clean, very safe and quiet with comfy bed.you will truly enjoyed your stay and very worth it.

Wonderful medium-sized hotel. Very modern, absolutely spotless rooms and bathroom. The gym was also well equipped. The service was very friendly, and the Italian restaurant was good. Breakfast buffet was not super big, but still had a really nice selection of different foods. Plus we got a free upgrade to Junior Suite which was amazing!

room (luxury room) was clean and big enough for all of us ( 2 adults + one child) Beds were comfortable Breakfast was simply great: nothing was missing -panettone and fresh yoghurt at cocco flavour

the reception is a bit hidden at the first sight coming from the parking access
