Breakfast was amazing. Buffet style with lots of things. They also had vegetable milk, a plus when traveling with a lactose intolerant. Staff was polite and really helpful. The beds were really comfy.

Location was ok. A couple of blocks away from the buss stop but i didn't expected to be that far away from the center. That doesn't have to do with the hotel, it was my fault not to check it before booking.

Great location just outside central Amsterdam in a nice calm neighborhood. The accommodation was compact, the bed very comfy and the coffee machine was a wonderful surprise. Several excellent places to eat and drink nearby and transport links were painless.

The view from the window was a wall and part of the car park which might have been useful if travelling by car. There was only one chair and only a small desk space. The bathroom door was massive but kept opening and blocking the main door and making the space even smaller. The side lights were neat but not very useful and the main lights were too dim.

it was in a nice location easy to get to when you know how. lol was a short walk from local supermarket “Jumbo” which was also a big bonus. the room was so comfortable and clean and well facilitated (I booked the twin deluxe room) as I like space. I really liked the decor and overall feel and the lounge was lovely also. The manager “Mustafa” was so kind and helpful and at very short noticed switched me to a different room so I could be nearer to my friend which was just amazing and the view from my window was stunning also so double bonus. The night front of house named “innocence” was also very kind, helpful and knowledgeable regarding questions we had ie, travelling on public transport and not to miss locations to visit. this really added to the plus’ from my 1st experience abroad.

The only fault with my stay was a small incident regarding a member of staff overseeing breakfast explosively sneezed and coughed over the breakfast food prepared with an uncovered mouth which was very poor and unhygienic. other than this isolated situation I have no complaints regarding my stay and the kindness and care given by the staff.

The property was modern and updated. We had a few rooms as we travelled as a group. Each room had all the necessities. The shower was absolutely amazing!!!! The breakfast was lovely and plentiful everyday. I must make mention of the attendant Shweta who went above and beyond for our group of six every single day! She made sure we were well taken care of at breakfast! Got us extras and refilled the food and everything if it was running low. She is a real asset to this hotel. She was very lovely and accommodating. Wi-Fi was great and steady throughout the hotel. Beds were very comfortable, absolutely couldn’t complain. Posh coffee making machines that took a bit for me to understand LOL. Great hotel and excellent customer service from the staff. First time in Amsterdam and this is going to be my regular hotel stay. It’s worth the trek!

Everything was great, the location was a bit out of the way but easily accessible by buses. There’s a stop across the road, not far from the hotel.

Everything was very good, very pleasant staff at the reception, nice cosy room with all necesarry amenities. Location is great in peaceful and cosy neighbourhood, huge park/forest right behind the hotel perfect for a walk. There is also bus stop literally half a minute walk from hotel for two bus lines that go directly to the museum square (Rijskmuseum), approximately 20 mins ride or even less, ticket is around 2.2e in one direction. There are couple of good restourants right acriss the hotel, also store (supermarket) is not that far, less then 10 minutes walk. All in all no negative sides.

The room was comfortable & clean. Very cool 1-button shower (!) but not much water pressure. Great to have a refrigerator and coffee machine available in the room. Lots of plug sockets including UK & US. The service was fine, basic. Great place to stay for attending parkrun nearby, but otherwise there is not very much around. Shopping centre 20-min walk away was nice though. Definitely wouldn't stay here if it was my first time in Amsterdam...would opt for somewhere with easier transport links and more to do in the immediate area.

No food and limited drinks available to buy outside of breakfast, and very few options in the immediate area. The single bed was quite used with a big dip in the center, and it got quite hot at night.

Location was 30mins from the main Centraal but it has a very good connectivity with bus. it's a very nice place to relax specially when you roaming the whole in the city with very quite and safe locality. The staff was very helpful. Since we reached early we were very grateful to Ms. Leyli who gave us early check in. The hotel is very clean, rooms was very cozy with very hygiene bathroom they was coffee machine in our rooms and was provide with coffee pods every day. house keeping would clean our daily. would strongly recommend.

I really liked the neighborhood that the hotel is located in and the fact that public transport is easily accessible. The staff was very welcoming and sincerely interested in making our stay comfortable. The rooms itself were very clean. The bed was the most comfortable one I had slept in recently. Fresh towels and coffee capsules were provided every single day. 10/10 recommend 👌

When entering the room there was a bit of cigarette smell but it was very minor. However, everything else compensated, and the stay was really good.

Quiet room with well appointed facilities.

The first night we were constantly disturbed by a banging outside door. Reception moved us to another room the next day which was much better. However we could not deadlock the room door at night, the lock wasn't working. We felt that the decor of the breakfast area/bar was rather dark and depressing. It was good to be able to hire cycles, but 18 euros for 24 hours is pricey compared to what is available elsewhere,

It was a great trip. I booked with my family last minute and got a room by myself. The facilities were superb. The shower alone is amazing!!! I would recommend 10/10. Breakfast was worth it! Need to mention the kitchen attendant Shweta who did her greatest to ensure me and my family were well fed at breakfast time every day. She made us extra bacon and eggs and everything, clunker ask for better customer service.

Location is a bit far from the centre but bus stop is very close and regular buses.
