Location is fantastic. There was an absolute TRUCKLOAD of people at the hotel that weekend - including when we were checking in - and the staff handled everything from valet to concierge to front desk with efficiency and politeness. If I'd been the concierge out front with all those cars and people, I'd have been overwhelmed but not he: polite and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet (somehow) and had a remarkable view. Bar staff was fantastic under pressure.

I'm REALLY picking nits here but the valet could have been a little more "present" when we pulled up. With all the cars in the check-in area, it wasn't clear where we should pull up to or who was going to take our car. But it's totally understandable with all the cars they were handling.

I had the city and harbor view of the room the king deluxe and me and bf had a ball we had it for only night and instantly regretted it we should of had it for a lot longer but we didn’t know what to expect! It was clean had a nice view and everything !

One thing which is minuscule was the missing bathrobes for us that the room description came with but that’s a small price to pay for an excellent room. I would love to experience the pool when it opens again !

A gorgeous hotel located right on the harbor water front. It was within easy walking distance of the Inner Harbor attractions, Fells Point, and Little Italy. The staff were very welcoming and the rooms were comfy and clean. We had a wonderful stay!

The hotel had valet parking but it was $46 per day so we opted for the Legg Mason garage next door at $25 per day. I would park at the Legg Mason garage again as it was only a block from the hotel and a very nice garage.

The customer service ,the view ,the closeness to entertainment and The bed was comfortable.

There was hair in the bed. When delivering food they do not let you know it has arrived. And the restaurant was closed. But I understand the restaurant situation there is no microwave in the room.

It was beautiful, comfortable, and we could walk everywhere.

There is no pool. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because we thought there was an indoor pool- on the booking website there are pictures of the hotel, with pictures of a beautiful indoor pool. My 3 year old grandson was really excited about it. The pool was taken out over 2 years ago. The pool is not on the hotel website, only on the website that booking uses. We ended up having a great time anyway, but y ou might update your pictures.

The staff we met were very good at their jobs. The location is exceptional. The views from the room of the harbor and sunset were very nice.

The heater didn't function properly upon arrival. Maintenance did come fix it but it had an overwhelming dusty smell to it. The lobby has a high vaulted ceiling and the harbor facing doors are opened repeatedly and the entire lobby is chilly-this includes the restaurant and bar. They have double doors but both are triggered open at the same time. Take a sweater or wrap to dine or drink.

It was a pleasure staying at the Marriott Waterfront. I'm glad I decide to choose the Baltimore Marriott over 4 Seasons. Great city view and the staff was exceptional.

Not having room service. Hopefully in the future it will pick up again. Food was great at the restaurant except the Buffalo Wings. Really don't need the batter. Folks just want a regular Buffalo Wing. The feature Thanksgiving Dinner was great.

We liked the view of the harbor. The staff were very friendly and customer service oriented. The locations was convinced to local attractions.

We were disappointed that the hotel restaurant wasn't open. However, there were plenty of options nearby to eat.

The hotel was in a good location. Our room was clean and had a great view of the city from the 20th floor.

The ac and our phone didn't work. We were leaving for a ballgame at Camden Yards and asked that these issues be fixed upon our return to the hotel after the ballgame. Thankfully, the ac was fixed. The phone was not. However, it wasn't a serious issue as we were only staying one night.
