All Amenities, very clean.

Getting tapped on the shoulder by one of your employees at the bar. Telling my husband & I to leave the bar. He was extremely rude!! He said we had six minutes!!! Never in all the years of going to the Hilton Hotels being Gold members, were we ever treating like that! My husband just had a surprise 70th birthday party. We were just having a night capper & going to leave. This guy had an accent! Annie was our Bartender, she is a sweetheart! She would know who the rude guy was!! We wish we had reported it to upper management!!

Quiet, ,clean, friendly staff, easy access from major highways for commuting for work travel, love the bedding Hilton Hotels have, amazing shower and closet space. Lots of desk top counter top space to work with. USB outlets. Easy to check in and out. Parking lot easy access.

Cleaning service wasn't daily unless you asked for linens, towels, etc to be brought to your room. For the price and traveling for work, would like to come back after 13 hr day and have my bed freshly made and a clean room that I didn't have to do myself.

We loved the in door resort vibe the property provided. We loved the restaurant and bar near the front reception area along with the out door fire pit. we loved the pool and the balconies the rooms had. it was an over all awesome experience and if we went back to Salem we’d definitely stay here again.

The heat in the room was not working the whole weekend we stayed there. The property did offer to switch our room which we turned down the offer as it was about 2:00 AM when we discovered the Heat wasn’t working, that’s about the time we got back to our rooms. However the front desk staff was able to provide a space heater which worked wonders and although it wasn’t the amount of heat we wanted it was sufficient for us to enjoy our weekend and not switch rooms.

There was only a short line to check in, we had a great room (outside view which I would recommend) and the staff were all very nice.

The ceiling in the shower was flaking off and the water pressure was almost painful. It would have been really nice if the pool had closed a little later than 8 pm. My daughter really wanted a swim after dinner. But she only had time to jump in and out. She and about 8 other kids were pretty rudely kicked out.

Very beautiful hotel

Not enough luggage carts, had to carry out suitcases from the parking lot due to people blocking the lanes. Not to mention the 6am random alarm that went off with no explanation as to what happened to go upon our day! It was truly scary and inconvenient especially to not be notified by staff the reasoning to ensure safety n security.

The interior decor is very tastefully designed and up to date. The pool is beautiful and elegant since it has a comfortable lounge with a bar area for drinks after a swim. The lobby area is a perfect for a work conference setting also, a large atrium with comfortable furnishings. There is a beautiful terrace with a fireplace which is a nice evening setting.

It would be nice if they offered a less expensive foodie offering also. Their high-end restaurant brings quality and luxury to the hotel, however, it would be practical if they had yet one more, a mid-range restaurant, on location. There is a bistro bar we didn't try which is likely a great alternative to the exquisite restaurant but we didn't have time to visit it unfortunately.

Location and hotel staff and grounds inside. Very appealing!

Woken up at 8:15am after arriving to hotel after long flights so late in the evening to hammering right on the wall of my headboard. Called front desk to get them to stop. Said yes we have construction going on. Why would you put people that check in late beside construction room. Was tired rest of vacation weekend. Awful experience!

hotel main lobby is very nice. The staff are very professional and they have a 5stars restaurant on the lobby that sets them apart from the competition around them. The hotel has a nice pool for the kids. the rooms are clean.

The bathrooms were outdated and disgusting. The caulking around the tub was full of mold. The day I got there I had to call the front desk to come unclog the tub. It was so much here down the drain that the water kept backing up.

Room was very clean. I liked how the furniture was not fabric for hygienic purposes. I liked the walk in shower. The staff was very friendly. Parking was free. I did not eat at the restaurant because it was quite pricey.

It was very noisy. There was a prom held on my floor the night of my stay. And because the room balcony opens to the restaurant below, it was loud until 11pm and again at 6am.

Very clean with nice big towels, coffee in room not horrible, HBO a nice touch with no added charge, and the ability to fluctuate the thermostat control to whatever your preference is.... priceless!

Seminar lunch was very lackluster, however that may have been a presenters issue versus a hotel issue. That cookie was delicious though. P.s. leave more individual creamers in the room and a microwave would be a nice addition.
