What form the bath did not kept constant temperature, moving from warm to hot or from warm to cold, so taking a bath was kind of unpleasent.

THE MANHATTAN DELI WAS OPEN ONLY FOR BREAKFAST I WAS BOOKED AT THE DANUBIO TOWER IT WAS MUCH TO FAR TO WALK THROUGH ALL THE LOBBIES TO THE ELEVATOR TO GO TO THE 2ND FLOOR FOR BREAKFAST AND BACK TO THE ROOM TO GET READY TO GO OUT AND THAN BACK THROUGH THE LOBBIES IF YOU FORGOT SOMETHING IN YOUR ROME ETC--- THE TV DID NOT WORK IN THE TOWER THE SAFE DID NOT WORK EITHER THEY DID CHANGE THE ROOM TO THE MAIN BUILDING WHICH WAS MUCH BETTER I THINK IT WAS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY REALIZED THAT SOME OF IT WAS A PROBLEM OF READINESS OF THE ROOM SOME THAT I HAVE BONVOY ADN ALSO THANT DUE TO MY ADVANCED AGE IT WAS NOT GOING TO GO WELL FOR ME AND MY FRIEND

Because of strange policy of the hotel, we were asked to pay 200usd for early check in or stay in the lobby from 6 o’clock in the morning till 9. The room was available anyway, but we were told because of the policy of the preperty, we pay or wait until 9. And that was really not nice experience.. After 2 days we saw again people with small children waiting / half sleeping on the same couch and 100% waiting for the room as we did.

Location, customer service, wifi service, access to major roads. The attention to details from the staff was exceptional and very customer oriented.

The food information was a bit misleading on the menu. I was told they changed some of the menu items ingredients and did not update the reference on the menu. Particularly speaking of one of their restaurants Amici the Italian restaurant, I ordered Minestrone soup that it was supposed to include ditalini pasta and they included spaghetti instead! I informed the restaurant, and they were supposed to look into it.

The gym facilities were excellent. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Good size room

There was sometimes a queue at breakfast and whilst staff were clearly working hard and very efficient, this was a slight inconvenience when needing to head to meetings and some of the food dishes were empty. Pressure in the shower was also very low

Staff nice Saturday no night Front desk lady manager was super nice with me. Awesome clean crew, the maid at my room she was the best, I am bad with names.

Restrooms need ventilators bad odor extractors The little Mexican 🌮 restaurant bar, I just want dinner they charged me cover $150 pesos. Nobody told me there is a cover to pay. I paid but is not right to communicate there is a fee just to enter the bar

The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. There are really nice amenities in the hotel: a hair salon, spa, a nice bar area, and an adult lounge with mariachis. The rooms are a nice size and are cleaned every day. The location is fantastic! We were in walking distance to several nice restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay at this location again

excellent location

our A/C was not working called to complain early in morning. We left to do our site seeing but called later during the day to check in if they had fix it in which they replied yes. Well, we got back to room later that night and to our surprise still not working! They actually never went to check it out after the finally got to our room around 10:30 they said it wasn’t working and would change our room BUT it took them over an hour to switch our room. By the time we got our new room it was way pass midnight by this time we were tired and frustrated because we had to get up super early to catch a flight home.

Location was excellent and my purpose served with no additional transportation/commute. Wifi connectivity is good in the Hotel and well maintained.

Car rental 'Airport to Hotel' and 'Hotel to Airport' through Hotel, though they might have partnered with 3rd party it was so expensive. The amount they have charged I have spent the same amount for my food for the whole 5 days trip in the Mexico City. My opinion is going with Uber is best option.

good location. right in the city center. plenty of restaurants and cafe shops nearby. walking distance to most tourism spots. facility is a bit old. shower head fell off when in shower but managed to put it back. not enough space for 2 24 inch suitcases in the room. front desk staff are nice and helpful especially that young lady. overall was a great experience.
