Hotel MX reforma

Omg the staff was so nice and helpful and helped our stay outside of the hotel fun and safe from food recommendations to beautiful historic sites. They made not only the hotel pleasant but the things we did outside of the hotel. Will definitely recommend to all and we're definitely gonna stay there when we come back. Our trip was awesome mainly because of hotel staff. We are still amazed. Thank you for the beautiful opportunity.

There is nothing that we didn't like everything was perfect.

I mean there were friendly but I feel like they were kind of uptight as far as check in because I arrived early and I hadn't sleep and they said that they don't have any rooms I have to wait until 3:00 p.m.

The hotel was really nice and FacilitiesPeople were very nice people were very nice. However the hotel the towels were very old and outdated and I only got two no hand towels and when I went to the front desk I asked for some extra towels they didn't have any until the next day when the housekeeper arrives all I needed was fresh towels and they don't have them at the front desk

Good hotel. Had to change rooms after the first night due to the construction noise opposite. Great breakfast freshly made each morning .

They would only give one room card even though there were 2 of us. If I came again, I'd probably stay a bit further south. The immediate area (zona rosa) is a bit studenty. The bars/cafes are more interesting if you walk 15 minutes south.

The location is excellent. We were on walking distance to the Zona Rosa, resturants, and the Chapultepec park is 20 minutes by foot. Also, there were a couple bus stops on the Paseo De La Reforma (also on walking distance) and the Insurgentes Metro station is less than 10 minutes away. This is a small hotel with very friendly staff, always willing/ready to help. Breakfast was included with and the food was good. The bed was very comfortable for our style. I had hesitated staying at this hotel becuase of the room layout and the way the desk and chairs looked but I actually enjoyed the non-complicated style. I'm definitely coming back to this hotel on my next trip to CDMX.

One thing that was weird: the interior of the pillows seemed to be wrapped/packed in a plastic. I mean, they had pillow cases and all that, but you could feel something plastic underneath. Also, maybe put up some pictures or photos on the walls? Thanks! I also noticed that there is an issue with the water pressure but it may be not a building specific issue but the whole area.

We loved the location! We stayed in 3 different hotels in CDMX trough our tip in Mexico, and this was the best one in the city where we stayed in. We'd love to come back and stay more time in this hotel. Some tips and comments: (1) great breakfast included (2) we stayed in a room with balcony (100% recommended), you will have an amazing view of the Angel (3) just one block away you'll find the most famous and delicious tacos in MX!!! Orinoco. Look for it in Google Maps or ask at the front desk.

Everything was perfect. For couples, hope you are ok about not having a door in the bathroom, for us it was ok but some couples don't like it at all.

Fabulous location right next to ‘El Angel de la Independencia’. Also only a 5 minute walk from the subway station ‘Insurgentes’. I caught the subway (underground) from the airport to Insugentes for jus $5 Peso ($0.24 USD). The hotel is located above two coffee shops (an independent one, and a Starbucks). If you’re after evening entertainment then it’s right next to C.Genova, a street full of restaurants and night clubs, and adjoining streets also have LGBTQ++ restaurants and clubs. The room was really comfortable and as a single traveller I felt very safe with security at the hotel entrance during the evening and night. Breakfast was simple but tasty in a business lounge. I’d definitely stay again.

The bedroom is pretty and comfortable, the staff is amazing they were really kind and polite, the location is very safe and you have a lot of turistical things to do very near. Also, the hotel vibe is very calm and comfortable.

The breakfast could be better but for the price, is good.

Comfortable room with a spacious terrace and a beautiful view of the angle of independence and the city below. Will stay here again next time I visit CDMX.

The walls are a little thin, but this doesn't bother me too much since I can sleep through anything.

Great location! We were only here for an overnight layover on a way home, but it was the perfect spot to wind down. There are a lot of great food options nearby and it's walkable at all hours. The hotel is also very quiet for being right off of the Paseo del Reforma. Staff is friendly and bilingual. Because of COVID, there was a bagged lunch instead of breakfast, but we really enjoyed it. We booked a room with a city view, but we actually ended up with a terrace which was a nice and unexpected upgrade!

We would have liked some extra pillows, but we also didn't ask for them either, so that's on us. Other than that, we were really happy with our stay overall.

Location was excellent!!! Room was big and air conditioning work good.

The only thing was the receptionist wasn’t very friendly, also this is the first hotel that told us that they could give us our room right away for an extra charge, you guys shouldn’t do that. If it’s available why do you want to charge for it.
