Location was perfect for New Year's Eve concert on Avenida Reforma. Three blocks from the Angel of Independence. Many restaurants and clubs nearby. Two blocks from Zona Rosa. Friendly staff. Helped with luggage. Easy check in, check out. Many staff members speak English. Wi-Fi worked well. Price was right for the value. Bathroom was modern, beautiful, well- functioning rainfall showerhead. Beds semi-comfortable, but the sheets were crisp and clean, and the many pillows varied in size and fill. Room space was ok. Elevators were smooth, fast, efficient. Two restaurants on site, pool, terrace, gym, though I did not use any of these facilities. Swanky lobby decor/ atmosphere. They hosted a 1920s dinner and party for New Year's Eve. We did not attend, but the decor looked elegant.

No windows, stuffy room. There was a weak central air system with a thermostat, but I only felt a slight change in room temp no matter how it was set. Toilet water pressure was extremely low. The room lighting was a bit dim. Most of the outlets in the room were not near the beds. Few of them worked, anyway. *You must use your room key to power the room. *Each floor request in the elevator requires a tap of a room key that corresponds with that floor. Don't forget your key!

This is a great hotel located very close to the 'Angel of Independence' statue at Paseo de la Reforma. So can't get a better location. The hop-on-hop-off bus comes there and has a stop (if you are a tourist, this is useful.) The hotel is nice and airy. The staff is excellent - at the front desk, in housekeeping and in the restaurants. Although I dont speak Spanish, I was always assisted patiently. The food in the restaurant was excellent and I had the opportunity to dine twice in the hotel. It is a very reliable and safe bet amongst hotels to go to.

The plumbing and the air-conditioners are in dire need of renovation. I think they probably were fitted a couple of decades ago. The AC has noisy vents. The plumbing lines tend to get clogged though the maintenance staff is quick to address the problem.

The location was excellent, Just 10min walk from a Chapultepec park, that had a market, Musiums, and nature. Breakfast was with extra charge, it was not cheap, but the quality was superb, with a huge variety of food. Room service cleaning, was done evry day, and when I asked for hot water for tea, they delivered it quickly, free of charge. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

I would've like to have an electric kettle in the room.

The employees are very polite and helpful. Their English is okay. My flight got there early morning, I loved that they checked me in at 11 instead of 3 pm when I told them that I had arrived early. As a solo traveler I felt very safe during my stay. The hotel is very clean and everything works perfectly. The area around the hotel felt safe to me and I walked there feeling at ease. It is also a great area with easy access to a lot of good restaurants and tones of cafes. I did not get disturbed by any noise from neighbor rooms or the street/cars. I think the hotel is in a smaller street so there is less noise from traffic outside.

The AC is very loud. It almost got to a point that I preferred to sleep without it and then it was too warm so I did not sleep well so I had to turn it on the rest of the times. It works well but too much noise. Breakfast was not included with my reservation which was okay. I paid about 300 pesos before tips for the buffet option available. It was okay. I did not like that the coffee was served by the server and I had to ask couple of times to get their attention to finally get coffee served to me. Seemed like they somehow ignored me twice.

I liked that this hotel is located in a very centric area which means that many touristic places are in a walking distance. There is a couple of metro stations nearby and metrobus runs on Paseo de la Reforma. The hotel has restaurants and bars which is really convenient if you fancy a drink in the evening to just relax. Staff was very nice. Breakfast costs about $250 Mexican pesos but it's a buffet so it is really worth the money.

The gym is very small and has limited equipment. The photos on the website made it look bigger and with more equipment by using the mirrors. I was quite disappointed because of this. The pool on the rooftop is very shallow, so if you intend to swim then this will not be possible. They have a smaller resistant swimming pool where you can swim but it hasn't got enough room for more than 1 swimmer.

Centrally located not far from the Angel of Independence. Got upgraded to a room with a view. Huge comfortable bed with heaps of space, good wifi and a desk & chair. Nice bathroom with hair dryer; and a safe, small fridge and coffee machine. The rooftop pool area is awesome to relax in. The bar & restaurant serve delicious food & drinks. Lots of cafes, bars and Chapultepec Park within walking distance.

The gym is a little small when 4 other people were in there, and the tour that the concierge put me on to go to Xochimilco was a bit expensive for one person. (Would have been cheaper for me to book online). Otherwise, can't fault the Hotel.

Excellent location!! The house keeping staff was extraordinary. They left things in my room that pay attention to details. I was very happy to go back to the room and realize how they accommodate some shower stuff. I leave a bottle of pills in a table and they put next to it an empty glass in case I wanted to use it for my pills. Definitely great house keeping staff!

It was too crowded and sometimes the 2 elevators working (they were 3), were not enough. Had to wait 10-15 min to go to my floor

We got upgraded to "Executive Suite" which was super cool. Our room was so comfortable and so spacious. I loved the ability to control the temperature inside the room, some controls are so difficult to understand. The view they gave us was great! Breakfast and the Executive suite perks was nice, the breakfast was really great and free drinks most of the time. Location was great! There was a covid testing center in the same block, it was so close and also hours were extensive 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM and very fast.

We got a bad experience when trying to use the pool, the staff wasn't aware of the pool times and tried to kick us out because there was an event. The event landed in the pool times for the guest. After we got turned away, we researched and saw there was an extra hour for summer time, and during that time I think next guest that came in and went to the pool without resisting, but we had to prove to them the new hours so we can get in. I thought that was just pretty shady. The description was that there was also supposed to be a jacuzzi, but both pools were cold.

The service at the pool could have been better. Had to wait a loung time for some pillows for the lounge chairs) as other guests had it), had to ask it several times .. the food in the restaurant is not recommended - just go outside and you will find something better :)
