For that money, the place is ok. Even the location is fine, even if others say something else, there is a big bar/restaurant street close by, which is good.
It may take a bit longer to get warm water, but it always comes. And think its more like a general problem, not the hotel problem. No electric plug in the bathroom, only big minus.

The room, sheets and towels were very clean and the staff extremely helpful and nice.
The location of the hotel is in a shady street, so me as a female solo traveller wouldn't go out or come home late at night.

I liked that was in a good location, the staff was very kind and the bed and pillows were super comfortable!
The only thing is they don’t have their own restaurant and sometimes i found hair in the towels, i requested new towels and problem was fixed, just try to be careful on this matter!
