Internet was perfect for doing video calls and working remotely. It's located right in El Centro so you're close to everything. The majority of the staff is very friendly and always willing to help if you have questions or to just shoot the breeze. Cleanings of the room are very regular. No issues with safety whatsoever. Bed was comfortable, and aside from occasionally noisy guests, getting to sleep was very easy. Very little outside noise at the location. I would certainly use this location again if and when I ever return to CDMX

The woman who ran the restaurant in the hotel was in a bad mood every time I saw her, so I stopped going to eat there after a couple of weeks.

The location and the staff. The hotel is close to everything of interest to me: the Zócalo, the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Templo Mayor, access to the metro, etc. The staff is very nice and attentive to guest needs. It also helps that they have an onsite restaurant.

I didn't like that they do not have central airconditioning or individual AC units in the rooms. Instead, they have these portable and gyrating tower-like fans that cannot be regulated. They do not have a noise control button nor one that would allow guests to put the fan into a stationary position. But all in all, it is an excellent hotel, especially when you consider that the room rates are also very affordable. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in above average comfort and is on a budget.

The hotel is perfectly located and can’t be beaten on price. We found we were the only non-Mexican tourists there at the time of our stay which helped immerse us into the culture as Mexico City was our first destination. The hotel provides each room with two small bottles of water a day - use this to clean your teeth if you want to help avoid a dodgy tummy. They looked after our bags for us when we checked out till 11pm and, although they originally said we needed to collect them by 6pm there was no extra charge for this. Rooms were spotless. Great shower. Short walk to metro - although closest station is currently shut.

I have stayed in the hotel twice and both excelent experiences, walking distance from interest places and even the airport and Stones, the rooms are pretty nice and confortable I saw the laundry car every day at night so that is why the blankets were really clean and nice! Great vale for price.

The beds were too soft, would be better a little bit less, we did not had pesos yet and the guy that helped with the luggage after we did not tipped him at the same moment then he did not greet or smile anymore, we tipped him later and his attitude was better but the customer service should be a priority and not based only on tipo.

A great location. Very quiet . Room was cleaned to perfection everyday and all my bedding refreshed everyday. Water and toiletries where replenished everyday . I xant actually think of a negative apart from it was maybe too warm. But it was really hot outside so I cant really blame the hotel for this . Exceptional value for money . They do room service and there's a breakfast room too . Would I stay again? Definitely.

Nothing to complain about. Location was good, room was cleaned and replenished

Location - a few blocks away from Zocalo, next to Pino Suarez metro stop, very nice luminous room - facing the main street, a bit noisy but never mind, (the other rooms not facing the main street had small windows and were very dark, though perhaps a bit more silent), good hot water pressure, room cleaned daily, my room 315 was on the 3rd floor, just above the kitchen/restaurant, I did not have breakfast included, but the restaurant had very reasonable prices and one could have breakfast anyway, staff was helpful

Everything was fine til my last day. I had a very early flight and had to leave at 2am - it was a night from Sunday to Monday. Theere were some mason works, huge hammer blows in the kitchen area on 2nd floor, felt like an continuous earthquake - there were apparently destroying some walls. I felt like being on a construction site - it was from 18.00 - 22.00. I called the reception 3 times to stop it as I needed to rest, but nothing happened. I was really shocked whey they were carrying out this work so late in the evening and not during the day. This incident ruined my stay totally.

This is my favorite hotel in CDMX. I like the location with easy access to the historic center and public transportation. The housekeeping is always completed on a daily basis. I especially like the safe In the room and fast hot water. The room didn't have a view but the wide air shaft windows made up for it and seemed to make the room appear spacious. I liked the hotel restaurant also.

I understand but it seems to me the restaurant has become more expensive in that in the past a breakfast items included more items like butter and marmalade for the bread. I would rather see higher prices with these items included. That is my opinion, however the food was very good.

Food prices are reasonable and the restaurant is open in the evenings.lengthy Wonderful location to see historic sites and shopping by walking, very close to the Zocalo. Beds are comfortable, rooms on the interior are very quiet, and there are heavy curtains to darken the room at night. There's a fan and an air conditioner for hotter days. Exceptionally clean.

Lengthy wait for breakfast. Weak Wifi, lots of buffering.

Hotel very well located in the city center (lots of restaurants and shops around), just a few blocks away from the Zocalo and next to a tube and other public transports to visi the City. Staff nice and helpful. Good restaurant on site. Great value for money. Close to the international airport as well. Room spacious and clean.

Wifi isn't great. No double glazed windows so the room facing the street was very noisy.
